Channel was very helpful and kind she knows a lot about hair products . This is my first time someone actually helped me at this location. As a person of color we don’t get the same treatment as other races sometimes. But channel made my experience amazing

I was greeted immediately and assisted with finding the product I was looking for to purchase. I appreciated the recommendation of how much of the product I needed to remove my old color from my hair. I will go out of my way to this location versus the other Sally locations due to their great customer service.
