Does Savers not understand its called "THRIFT" for a reason?? Ridiculous pricing for USED clothes- $17 for a beat up athletic shirt? Not sure if its expensive only because its located in Scottsdale. If you want to thrift go to another place.

I love second hand shopping. Been doing it forever. Savers USED TO BE a fun place to find something unique every now and then. These days, I think you are better off going to Goodwill or Buffalo Exchange. Over the course of about 2 years, their prices have almost tripled.Enter 2024. They are really lost on the thrift idea. 3 pairs of Nike shoes in the cabinets priced between 40-70 bucks. Ridiculous. It was explained to me this evening that the only connection between Savers and Big Brother/Big Sister is that Savers pays BBBS a certain amount for every pound(lb) of donation they receive. I suggest we all start donation bricks or used fitness weights.

The prices are ridiculously high. Old suitcases for $60, water faucet for $60. Depends for $30. Earrings for $30. I don't know who the manager is but these are way too high even half price. We walked out because of the awful prices

Nasty! Was going to buy 5 books. Went to the bathroom before checking out and there was poop on the toilet in the open stall and someone in the smaller stall. Decided to go wait back by the books and the lady who was in the bathroom came out right after me. She was obviously an employee as she had on work gloves. So this employee went to and used the bathroom with said gloves on. Never took off to wash hands. Walked right out and went right back to work in the sorting area. So nasty! I left without making a purchase! Especially after seeing that her gloves never came off!

this location tends to be more overpriced than other ones, however, I’ve found some good items at this location.

Guess it's my last time shopping at Savers. No dressing room, they only have self checkout and most things priced as new.

Great selection of clothes and decor! They have a ton of stuff so you could spend hours browsing. It is a pricey though ($10+ for clothes) so be prepared to drop some cash here.

FOR THE THRIFTERS. READ THIS. : Not worth it. I was in there for an hour, all i found was this victoria’s secret shirt in the PJ section. Nothing in my size (7-8) AND OMGG. The sizing is SO WRONG! I bought 2 jeans that were 20 DOLLARS EACH that were size 8 and they were WAYYY too tight. I also bought 2 other shirts that were a medium but did NOT FIT AT ALL. will not be returning. i found better stuff at goodwill. don’t. waste. your. time.

I knew Savers was expensive, but it had been awhile since I had checked them out and it was Happy Thrift Store Day so I went to see what they had. Their prices are laughable. Please do not donate to them. They give pennies on the pound of what you donate. You could donate a bag of sand and a bag of gold and Savers gives the same amount to their charity., all the rest goes to the corporation. These people price a box of tissues that you get for free from the hospital for $1.99. Like what planet are they on? $2 for a used bandana when I can buy a new one at Walmart for $1. $2.99 for dvds, even Goodwill doesn't price theirs that high. Empty wine, condiment, jelly jars/bottles for $4.99, when I can buy the whole jar with jell yfor $1.99, eat the jelly and keep the jar for cheaper than I can buy the jar at Savers. It's insane.

Not a huge selection. I looked for jeans size 34/32 and nothing. Even active wear is pricey from $8.50-13. Prices are very high for the items. I would much rather go to ROSS or TJ MAXX.

I love shopping for clothes here! They have good prices....the only problem is NO CHANGING ROOMS! Then you get home and something doesn't fit you....you can only get store credit. A little off-putting if you ask me...

Used to really like this place, but prices are just insane now. Hats for $7+, identical shirts priced with $3-4 differences, and misc housewares with just outlandish prices. They've got patio cushions out now that are $15!Plus, the men's section is always picked through because teenagers come to this location frequently to thrift. Bathrooms always pretty dirty as well. Probably won't be coming back, just not worth it anymore.

I used to love Savers. My mom and I would shop here all the time. But in the last 5 years or so their prices have gotten so outrageous that even shopping on their 50% off day isn't worth it.If you want to pay retail or even above retail price for used items, you have found the right place.

This might actually be my last time shopping at Savers. Which is sad because I’ve been shopping there ever since I was a small child now into my adulthood. But now it seems like they thrive off of price gouging. I’ve been shopping for Christmas mugs recently these past trips, and the same ones Dollar Tree sells Savers has marked for 3.99+?! No! That’s ridiculous! Plus I saw this today, why are you trying to sell Jingle Bells for almost triple what it’s worth?! That’s highway robbery! I agree with the other reviews Goodwill & Salvation Army got Savers beat tenfold!! ?
