Rooms: Rooms are lovely either good light and balconies. Bathroom cabinetry could use an updating. LOVE that fact that there is a nightlight in the bathroom. Beds very comfortable and good AC.
Walkability: Lovely community with lots of places to walk and enjoy seeing the beautiful homes, flora, fauna and landscape.
Food and drinks: GREAT MORNING COFFEE!!! Very important for those who enjoy/need those first few cups of Java to start the day! Great buffet and overall breakfast menu a 10! Incredible fruits so fresh and delicious!
Lincoln Steakhouse is a solid good! Nice ambiance, great wait staff.
Rita’s is missing the mark for lunch and dinner. Ambiance flat, noisy unless you’re outside where tables seem to have little rhyme and rhythm.

Rudest check in person I’ve ever met. everything was a problem for her. I tried to say as least as possible because she was ready to fight anyone who she talk to. The room smells terrible Not sure if I can sleep in here it’s disgusting.

We just returned home from 5 days at the Scottsdale Camelback Resort. The unit was roomy and comfortable, the staff was friendly and responsive, the pool and hot tub were very nice, and with one glaring exception, everything was seemed clean.
The exception was the carpet in the unit. The carpet was absolutely filthy. The bottoms of our feet were black with dirt if we walked barefoot in the unit. We eventually lined the whole unit with towels so we could walk without shoes. I actually left a pair of flip flops there because they got so dirty wearing them in the unit. We had to scrub our feet if we dared to walk barefoot.
I feel bad writing this because otherwise everything was nice. But there is no excuse for the carpet. We did return home two days early because we were so grossed out by the carpet. When we checked out we did tell the front desk about the filthy carpet.

Lovely place for an extended stay. We had fun canvas painting, swimming, and just relaxing by the pool. The restaurant is ok… they could use a few more options. Had a BLT and it was very sparse. Overall, we had a great time and will return.
Rooms: Dated, but comfortable and very clean
Nearby activities: Lots of activities very close to the resort. We visited several museums, Old Town, and great restaurants!
Safety: We felt very safe
Noteworthy details: The service and staff was always available.

Great location. Loved having a villa. Well equipped. Smelled a bit musty mixed with perfume and smoke. Pool was nice and spa was very relaxing. Joanna was a great masseuse. Gym was small but had everything you needed. Our big complaint was that they allowed construction to begin at 6am every morning in the villa right next door to us so it woke us up with their hammering. When I complained the front desk said "sorry" and that was it. All we wanted was to relax and sleep in but that didn't happen thanks to the loud noise.
Rooms: King downstairs with heavy curtain divider for privacy. Large bathroom next to room. Upstairs has queen bed. And heavy curtain divider.
Nearby activities: Great central location. Less than 10 min to upscale restaurants and shopping.
Food and drinks: Very good selection of food and drinks at their restaurant on site.

Great rooms and great service. The location was just down the street from the mall and down town Scottsdale was within walking distance from the mall.

We started coming here 3 years ago, and every time, we are still impressed. The rooms are always clean and well stocked. The pool is perfect temp, the sports closet is fully stocked for fun. The staff is so friendly. It's always just a nice relaxing time.
