Hello, I wanted to tell you about my experience at the hotel, booked from March 7 to 10.On March 9, I arrived from work at the unit and they had taken all my personal belongings to another unit without prior notice and without my consent and authorization.I go to the reception and they tell me that my unit is reserved for other people and that they are very sorry without giving any solution.I felt very worn out and violated.Additionally, my personal hygiene items (shampo, balm, cream) were missing. The truth is, terrible service and horrible that they have access to your underwear and belongings without authorization.I do not recommend it.Safety: This place is not safe since they come and enter your unit without authorization

Very nice and clean although it is dated. Very clean. Check in is a long process, also, the AC DOES NOT go lower than 72. If you like for it to be cool when sleeping, this is not the place for you. They will not change. Travel weekly and have never had this at a place I've stayed.

I can’t tell you how enjoyable this place was. The views of Camelback Mountain were the best in Scottsdale.I came as a solo traveller and wished I had brought my kids along the resort had everything for every age kid and adult. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The king bed gave me the best sleep I’ve had my entire life. I didn’t want to check out.In the room you had a kitchen, laundry, two floors with separate sleeping areas. A large living room with a nice sized sofa and a dining room table. Easily you could fit 4-5 people without feeling cramped. The food on site was convenient and tasty. It was traditional American dishes. The pool area is large and the hot tub was a popular spot. The staff were great too. Very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. What I liked most was it’s a great area to walk and explore. The mall is right up the street and it had every luxury store you could think of.It was such a relaxing trip. I will be making this my go to resort when I travel to Scottsdale again. It was worth every penny.

The spa facial with Ashley was so peaceful and relaxing. Then we went up to the Cafe and sat on their comfortable couches by the pool area and had a nice meal with my sisters. We are locals and came for the spa and Cafe.I had a salad and a birgin piña colada... and my sisters had paninis that they raved about. All were really yummy. And the service with James was fast and pleasant. Nice relaxing afternoon ?Nearby activities: Old Town scottsdale. The Henry restaurant. Sun's practice arena. Camelback mountain. Large indoor mall - fashion Square. And about 10 or 15 minute drive to downtown. Also, the Frank Lloyd Write Hotel/Resort is only a quick drive away, along with many options for hiking.Safety: Pool area gated key access or enter through lobby only. I do believe it is the same with thwir tennis courts. Security present and only one entrance in/out of property out front of the main building.Walkability: 10 to 15 minute walk to one of the Camelback hiking areas. 30-minute walk in one direction to The Henry, AJs fine foods, and the Sun's practice arena. Along with many other shops and restaurants that are right there. 30-minute walk in the other direction to the fashion square indoor mall and movie theater...add another 15 or 20 minutes to get to old Town scottsdale.Food & drinks: So ? yummy in my tummy. I look forward to our next sister's spay day.

Located in a great part of town, with pleasant rooms and nice amenities. Was surprised that the restaurant/bar had such short hours on a Saturday night in high season, but overall a great experience for the value.

James the bartender is the greatest guy in the world. Down to earth and gets your name but also gives you room to enjoy your experience if that isn’t your style. Thanks james for a great time!

Very nice place for Super Bowl weekend and Phoenix Open golf tournament. Not too crowded, good restaurants, good service, nice spa (was having work done so not 100% working). Would stay here again. Also, during dinner they asked to move our table and the manager too our $40 drink order off the tab without asking! Super

My husband and I booked a weekend getaway to this resort and we were blown away by the hospitality of this team! We ended up not going on as many excursions to just enjoy the resort. We loved using our rental car to grab dinner at local restaurants. We hiked a trail nearby for a sunset hike. And I enjoyed an amazing facial here! We would highly recommend it to any couples or families looking to get away.

The first thing you’ll notice is the decor is very vintage, don’t let it discourage you, let it sink in and take you back to the 1970s, picture you’re at the resort in Dirty Dancing and you’re going to really appreciate the charm of this place, and the way it makes you feel like you’re living in a simpler time. A simple time, but you’re rich and carefree and living your best life. Then take in the views of Camelback mountain and have a cup of coffee on your balcony and forget that you have a life outside of right now. By the end of the first day I wish I could have moved in there for good.Rooms: Super cute vintage-style loft condo-like rooms. Perfect for a couple kids and parents. Full kitchen, great for a week or two stay.Safety: The security team was around all the time, I never felt unsafe at any time. They are diligent but not intrusive.

I stayed at this hotel multiple times for a great price. However, recently, their prices skyrocketed much higher than I'd ever paid before. Therefore, I won't be staying at this hotel again. Management had no explanation and when I requested a discount for staying so frequently, the price "discount" they offered me was $3k for a week. ? #hardpassRooms: Nice, spacious rooms that include a washer/dryer and dishwasher in each room. Which is very convenient for extended stays. However, if you are from a cooler area, you might not be able to sleep as they only allow you to turn the AC down to 70° even in the summer with extreme temperatures. I couldn't sleep well even when using an articulating bedroom fan. Other than the warm room temperatures, they were nice rooms.Food & drinks: Happy hour for frozen alcoholic beverages was a plus. The food is not so tasty though. Think cafeteria or similar style, including pre-cut frozen beef patties for the burgers.
