Convenient but forever they Don't label the prices and it's very inconvenient. They say it's because prices change so often said the clerk and his colleague as they were sitting around doing nothing. Why are they the only store on the planet that this is only unique to them. Also, they charge $40 to deliver hay when they are the closest to RVF?

Amazing they can keep customers. They will take order for delivery & then after you pay they deliver 1/2 order & leave with no explanation why you got 1/2 order. I called & was told they didn't have other part of order. I had to keep after them then finally week later I got balance of order. To add to this their delivery charge is 40,00. Gas price up but not this much to cover their gas. Then their prices are highest in area. Burmuda 25.00 here at another feed store 18,95. There are other feed stores. It would be wise check them. Black mountain or western Ranchman. it's insult to try deal with Scottsdale feed. They sure are not concerned with you or your horses.

We have two large dogs........70 and 90 lbs. We go through a lot of food. We feed them Fromm Lamb and lentil.........this store has repeatedly told me they would order more for me yet time and time we go in and they have none. One time I hear it sells so fast they can't keep it in stock.......next time they say they don't order it because they don't sell much of it. They seem to be staffed only by teenagers who are unfamiliar with what they are doing.

we stopped several times at first great store very helpful staff, but then no one would help or answer our questions, to busy on their cell phones, laughing and chatting and could see us waiting for assistance, only ones in the store. we haven't been back. We wanted hay, grain, and a few other things on last visit. another store got our regular business and they are cheaper to boot.

April 2020: During the so-called pandemic, they started a “no return” policy. We had bought Bermuda grass hay in March. It was terrible quality. Moldy and dusty. The horses wasted so much of it. Daily, we constantly bagged and discarded much of it. We finally went and got better hay from a feed store that will exchange bad bales. So the last three bales we dumped in the alley and posted on CraigsList “free cow hay” along with 35+ of 45 gallon sized bags of loose hay. Quite a loss of money. BUYER BEWARE during this “no return” time. Find another feed store that will exchange bad bales. Pic in comments.

i like the accessibility for hay delivery into the back of my truck. The associates have always been friendly and courteous.I like that they have carried a blend hay when I needed it. I also got my first set of baby chicks there and I still have the hens now 3 years later. I have always been impressed by customer service and the positive attitudes of the employees and management.

Just opened a bale of alfalfa, smells like mold. Unbelievably they won't replace it. Guess I'll be buying elsewhere.
