These guys went above and beyond for me. My car looks incredible, and I'm not saying that just to say it. It's perfect. I honestly recommend this shop to any of you that need repairs done. This place was great to us!

I had an accident it was recommended, in October to come here..The communication between Junior and myself , was not clear So far body work repair was okHowever the mechanic, broke my windshield wiper and replace it did not call me tell me it was repaired or which side wiper was repaired or replaced. Until the day i pickup my vehicle. For some reason, the mechanic broke my windshield wiper( which had anything to do with the body work) and it cost me $50 out my own money to repair the wiper and blade. I put on expensive wipers and now they did not work effectively. I feel I should not have the expense of their mishap.I was a bit upset when I picked up my car, my hatch would not open, the mechanic did not hook up the connection switch, they did fix but it was another trip to the center.They did not do a proper check out to make sure everything was in working condition back to its original self. I would not recommend this should not be any cost to get this wiper situation back in working condition.

*update to first review: since we were lied to over the phone that the vehicle had not been dismantled, we went in to pick it up. We were told the car was already pulled apart and we couldn’t take it. The manager said we would only have to deal with him from here on out. Haven’t heard from him once. The only communication was once from Junior. We received a text on Tuesday that the car would be finished on Friday. Friday when we called to see when we could pick it up, they informed us that the “reusable parts” had been mistakenly thrown away and we will now have to wait for those parts. I would never recommend this place to anyone!Horrible service from the front desk clerk, who seems absolutely miserable at her job, to Junior the person who gives estimates. I have never been treated so rudely. I will gladly take my car elsewhere.

I don't normally post stuff like this but I feel like our recent experience with service king/crash champions should be heard by everyone. My daughter had a little fender bender a while back. We decided to take her car to Service King for repairs. From the get-go, the people in the Rain Tree location were rude, unprofessional, and non-informative. There were a few major things that happened that everyone should know. 1.) We received an estimate for the work through text the second day after dropping off the car. After receiving the text, we called to see if they could give us an approximate completion date. The lady in the front office was extremely rude and told us that they haven't even completed an estimate yet and she has no idea when it will be done. I explained to her that we received an estimate through text message and that is the only reason we called. She put this jerk Junior on the phone and he was just as rude. He told me he was taking my car out of line for disassembly (he had said it was 5th in line and it would be 24-48 hours before they got to it). I asked to speak with a manager and was told the manager was busy. I told him to have the manager call me back. I waited a couple of hours and got no call so we drove up to the shop to pick up the car before they disassembled it. When we got there, they told us our car had already been taken apart and that we couldn't pick it up. The manager (Frank) spoke with us at that time and told me that I wouldn't have to deal with anyone other than him for the rest of the time. I have yet to hear from him once.Junior called me back about 3 days later and said the estimate was complete and that the goal was to have it done by the 24th of October. 2.) On the 20th of October, we were texted saying the car would be able to be picked up early. Three hours later, they called and said they had ACCIDENTALLY THROWN AWAY the reusable parts and that they would have to order more. Their estimate of completion was now Monday or Tuesday since they had to order parts that they threw away!3.) On Tuesday the 24th, we were told we could pick up the car, but by the afternoon, we were contacted and told that the hood wasn't closing properly and that it would be longer. 4.)We were finally told we could pick up the car on Thursday the 26th. When we arrived, we could tell immediately that there was something wrong with the look of her car. The hood didn't fit properly and the bumper was off. When I asked why it looked like that he quickly explained that it was because they used an (AMP) Aftermarket part instead of an (OEM) Original Equipment Manufacturer part. He said they would order the correct hood and fix it for us.In the meantime, my daughter took her car to the Ford dealership where they confirmed for her that both the bumper and the hood were out of place. They said the work that was done was unacceptable.The dumb place has her car back and they are fixing it, but they are making us pay for a rental car. I am so irritated about this entire process. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!

Would help if they were actually open when they are supposed to be. Came to pick up a car and door is locked. No response with over an hour to go prior to closing time posted online and on the door.

After using this auto-body shop to fix my car after a fender bender, I really wasn't expecting the result. My car came back like it was brand new. They thoroughly washed my car, inside and out, too! I couldn't have been happier with the service that I received from service king. The customer service and work that they do are perfect. My car came back perfect and clean. Who could ask for more! Per the insurance company that was paying for the damage to my car I took my car to Service King. Very nice staff & honest. I would recommend them to everyone

Amazing service and people! Went for an insurance claim with minimal damage so I was worried about my deductible and how much it would cost. They took one look at it, sent it to the painter, and got it fixed up FOR FREE! These people obviously aren't here to scam and just want to help out. Will be coming back for all my future repairs knowing they are honest and amazing!!!
