I cannot say enough positive things about Shane Co, I love buying jewelry from them and will not go anywhere else. There is absolutely no pressure to buy and lifetime maintenance is included. Last week I went to Shane Co regarding some huggie diamond earrings I purchased a year ago. Unfortunately I had lost one of them and was devastated. Shane Co gave me back half the earring original price paid to put toward a new set, no other jewelry store would ever do that ! Today I found the lost earring and returned to Shane Co to explore my options. They gave me half the paid value of the diamond earring and I purchased pearl / diamond studs. The sales lady was so nice and friendly too.

I was NOT happy with my service in Scottsdale. I needed a new scew back for my diamond stud post earring. I waited a long time to be waited on and then a long time for them to come back to tell me they could sell me a white gold screw back but not the yellow gold that would have matched. I asked them how long did I have to wait to order the yellow gold and they told me they had no idea. I reluctantly bought it any way but the screw was not the proper fit when I brought it home. It seemed like they were more interested in making a $30 sale than doing the right thing and making me a life long customer. I went to another jeweler who did the right thing, straightened out my post & ordered the right size screw.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience with Shane Co! Picking out a ring was not overwhelming as I thought it would be. I came in having no idea of anything I wanted and the employees really made the process go smoothly! Shoutout to Shelby who was extremely helpful to both my fiancé and I during the final purchasing process. I love my ring and am happy with Shane Co!

I am limited on time due to work and rushed an hour away from home to come pick up an order. I arrived at 7:05pm as their store hours online show open until 8pm. I asked if they could assist and they instantly said no in a rude manner and gave no care that I had to drive an hour out my way and told me to come back another day. Customer service goes a long way and unfortunately is causing me to return my item. Ultimately, this location just has poor customer service and would recommend to go elsewhere.

11/3 Update: Their "Management Team" never bothered to reach out despite their (staple) response suggesting they will. After working with a family owned jeweler I bought a higher quality diamond (using certification data for both as a comparison), same 14K set and put $2,200 back in my pocket. 10/30 - Purchased a white gold pendant necklace with 1.5 carat lab diamond at our local Shane Co . They do not provide paper copies of the diamond certification but suggest you can look it up online. After I read the online specs I learned it had far more inclusions, a larger table % and lower cut and color grade than other diamonds they sell online for a cheaper price. Was told to come back in and look at a much nicer $300 upgrade. While at the store I was informed that they failed to charge us for something with our original purchase the night before and we still owed them an additional $140. They admitted it was their oversight but insisted we would have to pay the balance before we could pick up the set we already purchased (after they finished mounting it). Immediately after that, they packed everything up and escorted me over to their customer service check out. I kept saying that I was really confused because I hadn't made any final decisions yet. I was then told that the new balance due was $750 which included their $140 oversight on a sale already made and the higher than quoted $300 upgrade. After sharing my frustrations around how undermining and convoluted they made this transaction, I insisted on a full refund. They called later in the day to apparently say they would honor the quote but I was already done! This was such a terrible customer experience that I would never trust them or do business with them.

We are always well taken care of at the Shane Company, today Sara Al-Haidar helped us exchange a chain to mount my diamond on, she had helped my husband select it the week before the chain wasn't right, she suggested an adjustable necklace and it was perfect. Her knowledge and customer service were on point. She also helped select a chain for my husband. We appreciate her, and the Shane Company for continued excellence.

Amy in the Scottsdale store has been absolutely fantastic. My husband and I started the journey of upgrading my engagement ring for our anniversary approximately 2 months ago. Amy helped us on our first visit and we began to narrow down some ideas about what we wanted in a new ring.A few weeks later we followed up with Amy to fine-tune the design and style we had in mind. She took the time to really listen and understand our needs.She then helped a select an AMAZING diamond. She was very patient with us and probably showed us 12-15 diamonds before we found the perfect one.Amy is a delight to work with. We felt very comfortable with her with no sales pressure. Amy was very knowledgeable about the characteristics of ring settings and diamonds we were interested in. She made us feel very confident in our selection.We highly recommend Amy for excellent service, great personality, and wide range of knowledge.

This was not our first stop at Shane Co, but it was the visit that solidified my fiancé and I will be loyal customers for our jewelry needs. Dylanie was incredible- knowledgeable about the company and brand values, knowledgeable about the jewelry, and a joy to work with. She truly listened to what my fiancé and I were looking for in our wedding bands and went above and beyond (working with us for nearly an hour and a half!!!) while we went back and forth with different styles. Incredible service, beautiful jewelry— I highly recommend.

I have been doing business with the Shane Company since 1993 and they never disappoint! The sales staff are always helpful, pleasant and patient when I am shopping for a new ring or upgrading my diamonds. They are true to their word and their jewelry is exquisite! I am just glad that now that I have moved to Nevada that I have “a friend in the diamond business” close to me!

I have never had anything but pleasant experiences walking into Shane Co. My husband and I purchased my engagement ring and wedding bands here in Scottsdale, and I have added additional pieces to my collection over time. Everyone that works here is so sweet and genuine, not to mention helpful. Dylanie is my favorite associate to work with, but no matter who helps me when I come in, even if it’s just for a cleaning, I always feel welcomed. 10/10 would recommend shopping at Shane Co.

We saw online they sold loose diamonds and we are building a ring for our wedding anniversary. The phone call with Jill went smoothly, and she was great, knowledgeable, and cheerfully demonstrated her kindness and professionalism. The wait in the store was longer than expected, but Andrew was proficient, understanding of our desires, accommodating, and personable. I got my current rings cleaned for free, and they came back looking brand new! Overall, I had a great experience, and I recommend going to Shane Co.
