Tim tim and Michael I am typing this review in this gas stations parking lot as I too was just informed that the bathrooms were closed for the evening because this redhead guy is the only one working. I'm not sure if he thinks I needed his help in there but I most certainly do not need his assistance for anything other than the key. but this is BS. Maybe that's why the Circle K down the road had a couple people waiting in line which is I guess is where I will be going back to.

I visited your gas station today with the intention to refuel my vehicle and use the restroom. Unfortunately, I experienced extremely poor treatment from the staff on duty.
When I asked to use the restroom, I was told someone was inside. I waited a while, only to discover later that the door was locked and being kept for “employee use only.” This was clearly not true, and it felt like an excuse to deny me access.
It is unacceptable for a public gas station—one that must be permitted by the city—to deny restroom access to paying customers. Restrooms should be available for public use, especially when the business operates under a license that requires such accommodations.
To make matters worse, when I went inside to purchase Red Bull and ice, I was treated with noticeable disrespect. The staff’s tone and attitude were dismissive and unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome and judged.
I sincerely hope this is not how your business chooses to represent itself. I urge you to take this feedback seriously and retrain your staff on basic professionalism, respect, and customer service.

This is why Scottsdale is trash. They can upcharge for gas, but can close restrooms which is a violation of city law that should be enforced. They must have restrooms accessible to the public.

I always go with my boss to eat and have a soda, and we often park our golf car, and today a supposed manager comes out very rudely to tell us and insult my boss for parking every day, the manager almost fought with my boss, but thank God my boss is more educated than that man, he says he is a Shell manager but he should take classes on how to treat customers, because he looks and treats others with great disregard. They should change that.

Not actually open 24 hours, no notice posted online. In from out of state, walked to gas station in Arizona summer, late at night just to find an undated sign on the door. Closed 930pm to 5AM. The closest one other than that was 1.5 miles away.

Worst customer service u will see from cashier . I came Sunday night to get some gas and use restroom. He say only gas no restroom, you will have to buy gas only!! He was like I don't care get out of here if u don't like it's the rules.. so rudeDefinitely I'm not coming here again

Nuts!! Came over to get some gas Sunday night Station is closed lights are on no signs can't get gas went to the one on Shea Blvd same went to the gas station via Linda 1/2 mile away got gas what a bunch of pigs never use them again!!!!

This seems like a pretty nice part of Scottsdale, but they lock the bathrooms at 9pm and won't give out the. key. So even the nicer parts of town are still suspect? Idk, maybe this is a normal practice in the Phoenix metro but it's completely foreign to someone from The Midwest.

Went into store to buy water. The cashier was talking to a friend while I was in line. I stood there for at least four minutes while the cashier continued to talk quietly to her friend. After not being helped I put down the water and left. I've never experienced anything like that before.
