Let me start by saying that I was in on Sat 10/12 and received very good service. They were helpful and pleasant.
I returned today to return a few items and to get help with some paint colors.
She did not have a name tag on but was working on Sunday 10/13 at 3:20pm.
Quite possibly some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Only spoke when I asked a question. Otherwise said nothing and stared at her cell phone the entire time.
In reading your other reviews it sounds like it’s an ongoing issue. Sherwin Williams is way too big a name to offer that type of “service”.
If I come back and she’s working, I will absolutely choose another store.

I went in to color match paint to touch up a wall. Cody helped me right when I walked in and was very friendly, professional and efficient. I had an overall great experience.

Bad customer service. Girl helping us explained nothing and did not want to help at all. Had an AirPod in the entire time. For a place we have to spend a lot of money at I was super disappointed.

We went in to get a paint match for our apartment walls. The girl working could not have been less kind or less helpful. The first thing she said to us, after leaving us waiting for about a minute before even making an appearance, was “we’re closing in thirty minutes.” No ‘hi, how are you what can I help you with today’ or anything of the sort. She said that our paint sample was too small for the machine to read, which was fine, but she didn’t suggest any other way for us to figure out the color, even though this store has an account with our apartment building. After we tried to match a swatch to our sample and come back to her, she totally brushed us off and said “no I’m helping him” in a rude tone and referring to someone who was not even in the building at the time. She was downright grouchy and did not once say please or thank you, but rather, ripped both a paintbrush and a paint sample out of my hand without a word. I would rather chew my own arm off than go back to this store ever again.
