Very professional. Even though they were running 1 hour behind, the receptionist, Joy, keep me updated and informed with a smile. The technician was personable and nice.

I was on time but they were late with someone needing to get in due to a machine being down at another location. Very unhappy couple who’d been sent for an X-ray, to be told no chats after 4pm. Not a particularly well run operation.
