I had my first treatment at skin laundry last week and it was fantastic! Mina was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. The rest of the staff, Sarah, Taylor, Margherite, and Ryan were also very friendly and helpful.

Great service. Everyone was nice. Front desk personnel were over the top friendly. Answered all my questions. Very friendly. Had a Signature Treatment. Minimized my facial veins by half. Definitely need another treatment. Location is in a great place!

Skin Laundry is a total scam. They lure you into a membership but if you want to cancel it they take all your credits away that you already PAID for. And their alternative is to "freeze" the membership which you still have to pay for. Basically if you are too busy to use the credits that you have, too bad for you - they make it impossible to quit the membership without a loss. What a scam.

I came for the first time today, they were very professional and informative. The treatment was quick and easy. Definitely coming back to take care of my skin and get on a routine.

It is incredible. I came in a month ago with terrible cystic acne. It’s only been a month and my skin is SO CLEAR! I don’t even have to wear makeup anymore, all I wear now is a tiny bit of concealer, highlighter and mascara…. What a crazy thing

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and they explain to you everything about the process. The laser facial is really quick and painless. The installation are clean.

Taylor the RN did a great job. The front desk receptionist Kayleigh seemed rushed. I had some questions and felt like she just wanted me to leave. I didn't understand the point system so was trying to clarify how many points I had with my membership. She talked so fast that I had to ask her to clarify what she said a few times. I'm not sure if she will take this as constructive criticism and try to change her approach with older clients like myself but I hope she can.

THIS PLACE CHANGED MY LIFE. Recently moved here and was having acne flare ups that seemed uncontrollable. After only a few sessions my skin was better than ever and I finally had my confidence back. Kennedi was not only an expert in the skin department, she is also kind hearted, listens to my thoughts and concerns, and always helpful. The ladies at the front desk are also awesome! I recommend getting the unlimited member ship for the best bang for your buck.

Great business model but terrible customer service. The manager of this location canceled my appointment because I was five minutes late, mind you I am a member and have been getting weekly treatments at this location for a month. He kept saying "I don't want to make you upset," yet he wouldn't let me attend my pre-wedding appointment. 0 out of 10. i am cancelling my membership.

I've been going to skin laundry for over two year now and my skin has improved so much! Most of my acne blemishes are gone now . The laser treatment is not painful at all . Front desk girls are always so nice !

While catching up on my insta feed, I came across an advertisement for skin laundry. Turning 40, I knew I needed treatments stat! Kennedi & Xavier were so helpful!! I always feel fab walking out. Go!
