I found the Dealer on AutoTrader. The 9 year old used vehicle was listed for a fair price. After doing my homework on the history of the vehicle I made an appointment to see and drive it. It was exactly as described. Jim (Cem) was personable and answered all my questions and I bought.

I did not heed the warning of past buyers from Jim. I did a vehicle history check before purchasing my 2019 Chevy Colorado and it came up completely clean.Less than 24 hours after purchasing it would not start. The repair shop informed me that the whole front end had been rebuilt in an undisclosed accident. He would not give me more than $400 for the $1,057 repair. You might as well be buying from a private seller with Jim, there is nothing you can do legally once you purchase from him.

I appreciate this dealer's no nonsense, no frills approach to car sales. I dealt with Jim exclusively, and he was able to provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision about a purchase. Jim was straightforward and honest in the transaction, easy to deal without all the nonsense of a huge car lot. I definitely would do business here again.

This place is completely fraud. Do not buy car here. It’s completely fraudulent. They sell cars with frame damage. Beware of scams.

Back in 2016 we purchased a Prius that starting having electrical problems soon after taking it home. Precision Toyota said the electrical harness had been damaged in what looked to be an accident. Southwest sold it to me with a clean Carfax. I asked them to pay for the $2000 repair. At first they refused. When I said I was getting legal help, they offered to pay half. Now 5 years later the paint on one side is peeling off. Took it to get repainted. When they tried to repaint it they found damage to both front and rear doors that was braced out with paint sticks. Sending all to Attorney General.

I seen something regarding false carfax reports and it went something like this.... You can take them to court for a Fraudulent carfax report. If they knew about it, which sounds like they did.... you can get back abt 2-3 times damages, not to mention if it was the cause of any accidents that resulted in injury. Maybe you guys should all get together and do this. Might be better as a group. *Pull your own and find out where they got the vehicles them from before you get there. Compare the reports/photo them. Someone needs to video this ordeal. Im sure one side can when in AZ bc needs only one person in convo to agree to it for it to be legal (which will be you). Good luck!

Don't buy from this dealer. Jim tried to hide the fact that the car had an accident. He send me an out of date Carfax report to prove the car is in the good condition. I need to pay Carfax myself to get the most up to date report. And in the report, it says "Damage Report - Structural damage disclosed by seller based on results of a visual inspection". Basiclly Jim was trying to fool me I guess.

Very rude over the phone and impatient if you have questions about the inventory. Find somewhere else that treats you as a human being.

Like Stephen S. from his review, I was also a bit skeptical about the negative reviews here on Yelp. I was also a USAA Car Buying service customer and this was the fifth car I purchased via this program. I made the online reservations to look at a 2016 Lexus IS200t and a 2016 Lexus ES350. Jim called me within one hour and we set up an appointment to see the car the next day. He was there waiting for me and had both cars ready. He was very up front with me regarding my trade-in and his offer was reasonable for it. I took a test drive of the ES 350 and we discussed the car and its options. Jim was very patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Upon the end of the test drive and inspection of my trade and a test drive of it, we agreed upon numbers and literally within 30 minutes, the docs were all signed and I drove away in my ES 350 with no issues. The car did need some new tires, but with 35k on the odometer and it being a lease turn back, I expected it. Overall, the car was in great shape and drove well. Jim reminded me the car still had two years left on its powertrain warranty - which I hope I'll never have to use, but glad to know. The car presented well and the Carfax was on point. I was very pleased overall with my experience with Jim and with his company. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future when the time comes for another quality pre-owned vehicle.

Worked with Jim on a potential out of state sale. His communication was prompt even on the weekend. He went out of his way to help. Although we didn't close the deal he was very professional.

Same story here with Jim. He told me the BMW I was looking at had 1 owner and a clean title. I ran a Carfax on my own and found out it had 3 owners and was declared a total loss vehicle by the insurance company. Glad I did my own research before I bought. Guy is a liar and shady.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. We bought a Kia Optima and literally that evening it started driving terrible like the transmission was bad. We called him and he was rude and said that’s Kia’s problem. It’s been two months and it’s been in the shop more than it’s been in our possession, fortunately everything that has to be fixed- which includes TWO TRANSMISSIONS have been covered under the Kia warranty or we would be out thousands!!!. Currently we have a case with Kia to hopefully buy it back. BUYER BEWARE!!!! Poor business ethics for sure.
