Rooms: Friendly staff, clean, good location. Missed making up my room. I had to lodge a complaint. Good breakfast with friendly staff.

Enjoyed the staff. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was meh
Food and drinks: The spread was nice but the quality of the hot food was not great. The eggs tasted extremely fake and the sausage was not good. Muffins were great.

Just disappointing. All around below average. The entire place smells like Fabuloso the cleaning liquid. The rooms are clean but not maintained - the fridge is crap, the lighting is dim, everything feels old. We had to change rooms because our sink was plugged, the fridge didn’t work and we didn’t want to waste our vacation waiting for a repair to take place. The breakfast is gross and the pool is depressing. BUT the location is the best in town close to everything. If you get the room for cheap then it’s bearable, otherwise move on to something better

I have come to this hotel about once per month for work trips for the past two years. One of the primary reasons I am loyal: Holly, who works the breakfast spread in the mornings. She’s awesome. Great attitude. Works hard. Puts her guests first.

Best hotel I've stayed at in all my years of travel. Friendly and professional staff. Holly, who prepared the continental breakfast, was exceptional. I enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere at the pool/spa each night during my stay as well.

Nice hotel in north Scottsdale. You uave free breakfast included. I get a room on the first floor, and was very quiet.
You have a lot of restaurants close by to choose. CVS arround the corner.

For the price, this place was amazing! I’ve stayed at other places around the same price point but they were not as good as this one. I got the king size suite and I can say the place looks new. The walls, the carpet, the couch, desk, they were all in good condition, like they looked new. The bathroom was tiled and the sink with a backlit mirror looked chic. The room is completed with a small fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. A study table. A pull out couch-bed with coffee table and a TV. The bed was super comfortable to sleep in, very important when traveling
Nearby activities: Big hikes on top of mountains in the area, a lot of cool museums and an aquarium

Very happy with the facility: clean, well-appointed rooms, nice breakfast, etc. but most memorable was the service. Recognizing some personal challenges we had during our stay, both Helen, at the front desk, and Ruby & Dulce, in housekeeping went above and beyond with compassion and assistance. Much appreciated!

What a great choice for a hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff has been super friendly aswell. Our room choice had a king size. Ed and couch that could pull put into a bed. Couch was comfortable and we loved that there were two televisions. The AC was FANTASTIC. Our room actually got COLD which is what I wanted. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was great. We check out tomorrow and will take advantage of the breakfast then. We've been on the go all week and haven't tried it yet. Also haven't used the pool but it looks great. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very unprofessional, found bugs in my room !
Also found stains (of blood ) or some sort , once I brought it to the staffs attention !
They became helpful but once it was time to cancel (Tracy) was not very helpful at ALL .
I tried to be as nice as possible !

Everything about the hotel and location wad amazing. The staff was friendly, the location was ideal. Since the shopping area were less than 5 mins away. And to get to a main freeway. The drive was less than 1 mile. The only negative thing I had to say is, the AC unit in the room is obnoxiously loud. Makes a knocking noise almost throughout the night.

So we had just return from California and stayed at a horrible hotel for a few days. We still had a journey to have to get back to our home so we decided to stay a couple of nights here; let me tell ya, best decision. Staff was absolutely wonderful at both locations. Parking fee was waved for this trip thanks to a roulette board. Pool was clean and decent size. Plenty of parking btw.
Now the roo.s were very spacious, modern, and very accommodating. Continental breakfast between 0630-0900. Their check in and out times were exceptional. We were placed in adjoining rooms, so that also helped. Quiet rooms, super clean.
Added to our favorite places to stay.
