Love Sprouts, I have for years. But lately the cashier interaction makes me not want to go back. They’re so rude.

I love the fresh fruit and vegetables (you also have the choice of organic); the bulk foods, including spices; fresh meats with no antibiotics. Plus, they have the best sandwichs, fresh made in front of you. One thing to remember is to bring a grocery bag, they are doing their part for the environment.

The trip today was supposed to take about 10 or 15 min. Instead it took about an hour for 3 items. At the self checkout, after I used my gift card with a leftover available balance, and then used my bank card for the remaining balance, the system froze. A manager came over, Jeff, and did attempt to help by completely shutting down the system and rebooted it. 10 min later, he was still having a hard time going back to the POS system to find my purchase and figure out how much should be put back on my gift card and I guess, start over. I specifically told him the difference that was left, for the purchase ( $50 +_) after using the GC, was $16 and change. When he came back, he said oh you have $16 left on your card. I said NOOOOO. I had to get out my calculator , and do simple arithmetic to show him that 50-16 = roughly $33!! Seriously!?? Now customers have to do math at the self check out for managers and staff. Cmon! Do Better:He did make it right after I showed him the amount owed to me and was apologetic. Sorry— this is pathetic.

Sprouts, excellent market, very community oriented feel, local sources when it can, well worth a visit.

I have always been a fan of sprouts. And I'm not complaining about this specific location. But overall, I'm very disappointed that Sprouts has become a chain where all the food is wrapped in some form of Styrofoam or plastic. It recently went through some re-arrangements on the floor. Everything seems pretty compartmentalized and wrapped or contained in #5 or 7 plastic, which is never recyclable in the state of Arizona. I go to the meat counter so I can get meat or fish that's not wrapped in plastic. Yet, what do they do? put your item in a plastic bag, and then wrap it in paper. While the company touts that it wants to supply customers with "healthy" options, they really don't give a crap about the planet.

This was a great location. I shop at several Sprouts stores, but this one seemed to have a larger selection and was really well stocked.

I love the sprouts market. They have highly educated and knowledgeable vitamins employees. They have helped me so much with selecting the best vitamins at the best pricing and also let me know when the sales are and a discount. I also lights up. They have shredded chicken, which helps me with preparing my dinner quicker.

Clean comfortable rooms, nice breakfast offerings. Has a small dinner menu of sandwiches, chicken strips, a few other things, cooked right there. Nice for when you traveled all day, and you don't feel like going out to eat.

Reasonable prices on produce, and they carry some items regular stores do not.

Stopped in to get a sandwich made in their deli for lunch. Was very surprised at the almost complete absence of meat (turkey) on the sandwich when I unwrapped it. Shrinkflation has certainly made its way to the deli at Sprouts. Ideally, there should be more meat than lettuce and bread. That tiny sliver of white at the bottom of the sandwich picture is a single thin slice of turkey.

Thank you Sprouts for offering grocery delivery! Yay healthy food I don't have to go to the store in 110 in Scottsdale. My orders are always packed well and there is no better place than sprouts to get organic healthy bakery treats. They have gluten free options and the snack bins and bulk section is our family's favorite place. Everyone leaves with a smile on their face because they found a cool new healthy snack! Thanks Sprouts!!!!!!

Making you pay for plastic bags like cali. Selling GMO's, bioenginered ingredients, yuk. Way overpriced. TJ's has a sign in store that states no GMO's and no artificials and don't charge for plastic bag. TJ's is way better price as well. Step it up Sprouts, your store could be great!

I went to check out today and they tried to charge me $.10 for a plastic bag. I refused to pay the $.10 and walked out with an arm full of groceries which was incredibly inconvenient. I called the manager when I got home and asked him why they were doing that and he told me that it was an investment in reducing plastic. I told him he should invest in his customers and build it into cost of goods sold versus acting like an airline and nickel and diming their customers. That is the last thing you remember when you are leaving and checking out of the store. Has any of their idiot corporate people thought of that? I think not! He tried to explain that they are plastic less now and I laughed because I bought a loaf of bread which was wrapped in plastic, two avocados that were in plastic, two onions that were in plastic and a pound of ham, which was also in plastic. I also explained to him that I am no longer shopping there based on that policy and I will just go to the more convenient and friendly Fry's directly across the street where they do not charge or nickel and dime their customers for bags! He tried to make a ridiculous point that the $.10 bag can be used up to 125 times. I ask you how sanitary is that? Try carrying meat home in the $.10 bag in the middle of an Arizona 115° summer 125 times! Then after you use it, put it back in your car to roll around between visits... Don't California, my Arizona!Don't get started on the young man in the deli who may or not be in the witness protection program. I never once saw his eyes because his hat is pulled way down and his mask is pushed way over his nose AND he does not speak or answer you verbally - no eye contact!!! Poor customer service at its best.
