Leo in the printing department is amazing! He helped us get everything we needed printed out on a time crunch, and was extremely communicative with us throughout the process. Would absolutely recommend!!!

Was greeted when I walked in. Salesperson helped me select the printer I needed at the best price. Talked about rewards and told me about bringing in my old printer for recycling. Brought old printer back the following day and also picked up a new phone case. Salesperson asked if I wanted to recycle old case for points. All in all a great experience.

Have bought two office chairs from this store. It is nice to be able to try the product in the store. The cashier was very helpful.
However, the quality of Staples' service was bad. One chair was ordered by the store cashier to be delivered to my house because the local store has sold out. I payment was accepted by Staples in the store. However, a few hours later, company cancelled my order because they had none available. The next day, I searched and bought the exact chair from a different Staples store. To a customer, Staples has bleached the sale contract as they did not perform their diligncy and made a fale statement of their inventory.

This location is so convenient for dropping off packages, printing return labels for return packages, and the staff is always so eager to help and very friendly! Thank you staples!

That's why Amazon is making every single of these stores out of business
Staples is the next, and I am happy to see that.

Bought a $1 battery and this guy didnt give it to us just because we used my husbands nick name instead of the exact id name! Well sorry for your brain bro! Its $1 so chill !! Never back again! Also we showed the email and the card that we paid for! Thats so silly of you plus they have the worst customer service! Stay away

Nothing wrong with this place but the only thing that kept me coming back instead of going elsewhere was that they gave credit for returned ink cartridges. Now I need an app to redeem those points? No Thanks. Last time shopping here. As with most others I'll be exclusively online and save the gas.

I just completed several detailed print jobs and can't say enough about Andrew and Daniella. Amazing customer service, job came out perfect and they couldn't have been easier or more pleasant to deal with. They're both assets to the company and I hope this helps them get some type of special recognition.
