I never usually go through the drive thru at this location since it’s next to my work. But I come to this location very frequently before work in the morning and the one time I come through the drive thru I was disappointed. I was in a great mood wanting to try something new and ended with a terrible experience. I ordered a lavender green tea lemonade and when I went to pickup my order I doublechecked that it had lavender because the drink didn’t look right and she said that it doesn’t come with it. And I told her that I asked to add lavender in it and she said that it’s for the matcha drink did I want that one? I told her no I wanted the lavender green tea lemonade. So she was confused and still asked me after a 3rd time so did you want the matcha instead and I said no again. She stood there for a minute and I asked to have lavender added and she FINALLY asked someone to add lavender to it after going back and forth in the drive thru for a good minute. Then she turned to me with a rude face and told me it would be right out. After I got it I was still nice and said thank you very much but I was not happy and didn’t want to deal with the trouble, but I left that location feeling like she made such a big deal for asking to add lavender and just disrespected overall and what was even worse the drink didn’t even taste good so it seemed like they didn’t even care and were rude just because they got my order wrong. Put me in a bad mood for Friday and don’t think that’s right when working in that type of work field.

I ordered matcha latte but was served chai latte instead. I told cashier that I was served the wrong drink. Instead of correcting the mistake she made me pay for the correct order.

While in Scottsdale for the Arabian horse show I made a breakfast run for the set up crew. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The place was also very clean.Parking: Easy parking even for a Chevy Crew Dually.

I have been coming for a while now and the vibes over here are the best. The other Starbucks have been messy 100% of the time but over here is clean and quiet.

You will want to go through the drive thru as they serve those customers first. I was the only person waiting inside and waited while at least 10 cars went through the drive thru. It was very poor customer service and I regretted leaving the tip when paying.

I go to Starbucks 3 to 5 days a week. The people at this location were very friendly, The drink I ordered was the best I have ever had. Nice job to the baristas at this location. Thank you for your service. To those that made the decision to take out chairs, please consider putting them back in your stores.

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened. Recently, they renovated the place, and the intercom at the drive-thru got relocated. I accidentally bypassed it while driving in because I was used to the old one. I apologized right away and wanted to place an order. However, the barista at the window was super rude.They handed me a drink that was made with some weird minty-flavored chemical. I went back to voice my concerns, and Michaela, the manager, was extremely unprofessional, making the situation very uncomfortable. Furthermore, they handled food with bare hands. I don’t trust this location anymore. I even had an allergic reaction to the drink, which was made without a sticker, and I don’t even know what they put in it. I will be contacting the city health department and filing an official complaint with Starbucks too.

This is ,after all, a Starbucks which just by the name indicates popularity. If you can't be prepared to wait your turn then you better go home and make your own. The product I love has always been prepared properly and as quickly as I could expect. You naysayers go somewhere else and mine will be prepared even more quickly.

Just want to give credit to Andrew who had really great customer service and made my drink super good even when my day wasn't going well he was there to cheer me up and make me a wonderful coffee .
