Great, affordable hotel. I didn't realize it's so close to a lot if plazas and things to do. 1 king bed with a full kitchen (with a microwave & little stove): room was great; furniture, bedding, bathroom & dishes were nice and clean! Everything was in good condition, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion. Breakfast was nice, the usual choices. The hotel was clean & well kept. Close to the Movies, Butterfly Wonderland, Aquarium, Target, shopping & food. Staff was friendly, plenty of parking in their lot. My only complaint is the shifty frying pan that the eggs still stick on even after putting a thick later of oil on it and was impossible to scrub clean with a sponge. Haha. Pool area was nice and they have computers with internet. Staff was pleasant. I'd happily stay here again.

We loved our stay here. We had a 2-bedroom, 2-bath with a kitchen; the bed was comfortable. They have 24-hour gym and laundry services we didn't use. The pool wasn't heated but it was clean, and the hottub was one of the biggest I'd seen (a 19-person capacity!); almost as large as the pool! They had roving security in the parking lot and the breakfast/eating area was airy and nice. Helpful staff and close to event areas. Worth looking into.

Great location close to all of the fun attractions. The issue is if you’re disabled and want to use any facilities don’t bother going here. Went on staycation for a week. In a wheelchair and wanted to cool off and relax. First day arrival asked about the amenities and pool. The front desk assured me (BEFORE booking I called to confirm all equipment was working properly for safety and to know it isn’t broken before arriving) ALL the Hoyer lifts are working and batteries charged for arrival. NOPE! First days excuse was they must not be charged enough. Second day same answer. Third day was they are not working and need parts. Fourth day no idea when it will be working but if I would like to extend me stay to see “if they get the parts in and working again.) Full week and paid for a stay to stare at the pool I couldn’t get into because of faulty equipment and lazy concierge who don’t care if you waste money you spent five years saving up for. What a heartbreak. I guess disabled people still don’t count anymore as humans who need the same as others do. ?

Overall I had a very pleasant stay at Staybridge Suites. I walked into a decently clean room, I did have to run the dishwasher as soon as I got in, due to some of the dishes not being the cleanest, the room didn’t look like it had been dusted especially the lamps.Check-in, was very easy and they were able to accommodate most of my requests, I got a very early check-in and a room with a view of the mountains. The social was good, standard Staybridge social food, the potato bar was good and they off beer or wine for the adults!I decided to stay another night on points, so went over to the front desk from the social, and let Cedric know that I had another reservation tomorrow and requested to stay in the same room. He did not understand my request and was a little rude and proceeded to complain about the staff before he came saying they never do anything and he didn’t understand why they did add the note and link my two reservations, I let him know I just made this reservation after I was already check-in, and it will be a back to back reservation. The pool was very nice but needed a little skim and cleaning, and it was a little bit windy.Breakfast was okay, the bacon was so salty and they had eggs but they smelt disgusting. So I had potatoes, there was also a lack of dairy-free options. The waffle maker was also not working. But I had a really good stay and will be back!

My girlfriends and I have used Staybridge Suites in Glendale a few times and loved the service, the hotel, and everything about our stay.So when we chose to use the Scottsdale location in Scottsdale for an upcoming gathering, we were excited to see how the newer Scottsdale location compared. The room was bright and clean. The showers, tubs, toilets, and sinks were clean. The bedding was fresh and passed a blacklight test that we did because someone happened to have a mini blacklight flashlight. The service was friendly, though there was a little bit of waiting to be acknowledged, and when I checked out the printer wasn't working. (I'm still waiting for the emailed receipt a week later. ) We had to catch housekeeping as we were missing a hand soap in one of the bathrooms and the paper towels were nearly gone. The ice maker was a champ and helped bridge the gap when our bag of ice was depleted. The tubs are a concern. They are extremely slippery and dip considerably toward the drain so that you are standing on a downward slope, trying to maneuver without slipping and falling. And as with every hotel I've ever been in, there aren't enough areas to hang your wet towels, wet swimsuits, etc., to dry. There is a counter and two bar stools, but no table or even a coffee table in the common area. If a family is staying or a large group, have fun feeding everyone or playing games. There seemed to be only one luggage rack for the whole hotel. There were no bellhops/porters to assist you and no offer of help upon check-in.The front keycard door off the west side of the hotel would randomly not work, and there was zero shade so the door and handle became dangerously hot. There is ZERO security in this hotel nor patrolling the parking lot. With a movie theater and Target directly behind the hotel, this is not an intelligent thing. (Not to mention the "guest" one of my friends witnessed absconding out a side door with the hotel comforter and duvet.)We had a yapping dog directly above us that never shut up (pet friendly doesn't have to mean inconsiderate and obnoxious), as well as what sounded like a marching band at times. The pool we had to ourselves in the afternoon and that was nice. But it is small and if the hotel is full (especially with kids), the pool cannot accommodate many. There is also no shade around the pool; however, there are shaded seating areas back away from the pool near a fireplace. I imagine it would be nice to sit there during cooler months.Breakfast was lackluster. The layout was awkward, the tables were crumby and sticky as no one was clearing/cleaning the tables throughout the morning. The eggs were cold, and bacon was nearly impossible to get as people would wait for it to come out and then PILE it onto their plates and it was super salty. There was no sausage, one toaster for the offered English muffins and bagels, and there was no grape jam, only jelly, and the butter was located away from this area. They only offered one type of milk, so I ate my oatmeal without it.Reading through, I know this review seems very negative. But this was our experience (and I am speaking for 7 people - I didn't eat the eggs or the bacon, for example.) It is a very nice hotel, very clean, and I think a pretty good value. That being said, it's not without its faults and needs some work to improve the stay for all guests and make it fully worth the cost.

I had an exceptional customer service experience with Amanda and Micah. I had a serious mixup with location and venue, and had to alter my stay last minute. This typically would mean a full charge for the room, despite my not being able to check in. They got back to me immediately and resolved everything, which was exceptional. Big shout-out to these two ladies!

I’m a firm believer in starting your morning off with a good breakfast is the key to a good day! Eric prepared one of the best breakfast meals I’ve ever had at a hotel. Rooms are not overpriced and staff very accommodating! Definitely recommend!

Nice, comfortable, and clean. The outdoor pool was an added bonus. I really liked the location, being just outside Phoenix to be close to the fun without being too loud or hectic. One complaint was the 6-person hotel room was not quite what we expected in terms of sleeping arrangements. The pullout sofa was a twin that was essentially unsleepable. 3 of us ended up sharing one queen.

The staff is customer service oriented. Cedric was attentive to not just my family's needs but also the needs of others. This location is now my "go to" for hotel accommodations in Phoenix and Scottsdale. Being able to book a two bedroom suite and have a full kitchen is a major plus.I don't know her name, but the person who prepared breakfast for hotel guests works diligently at her tasks. A million thanks to you all.

Place looks nice. Our rooms were clean. I really appreciate the laundry and clean gym area. Breakfast is served from 7am to 10am. When we got downstairs at 8:30 the warm trays were empty and coffee was gone. Families were sitting and standing around waiting for food. It looks like they’re trying really hard to not show that they’re understaffed. Around 4 am a family upstairs was making all sorts of noise. When we called the front desk to let them know, there was no answer. Overall, I would probably stay here again if I had to, but just be prepared for some shortcomings. Hopefully they hire more staff, because the few staff that is here is trying their darn hardest to keep it together. I would rate it 3.5 stars.

Now let me say this, every good day starts off with a good breakfast.... Hands down best hotel breakfast ever! Everything fresh, neatly placed and well prepared, and with a smile, the cook (Eric) needs to be recognized! Don't lose this guy. Thank you!!

Such a nice hotel! Our stay was pleasant and hotel was super quiet! Pet friendly and lots of restaurants etc near to eat and keep yourself busy during your stay. Will stay at this place again and will suggest to out of towners.... close to the casino as well
