Went in with a coupon, having read it thoroughly beforehand. Seemed like the boy behind the counter just wanted to tell me no. I ordered a wrap and he stated the coupon wasn’t applicable, less eloquently. I informed him there was no language stating that fact on the coupon. He eventually decided to scan it before making the sandwich to ensure it would work. It did. I ordered, he began constructing and when I instructed him to toast it, he said, “We don’t do that here.” I stepped outside having lost my desire to continue ordering. I re-entered and asked if a manager were on duty. He stated, ‘yeah, that’s me.’ I clarified that it was possible for him to toast it, he was simply refusing to do so. He never attempted to apologize. I’ve ordered a toasted wrap before, just make sure all ingredients are on before you toast it, duh. Honestly, done with Subway in general. Go to the Safeway deli next door. They’ll make a wrap and toast it and the young man behind the counter there around 1145 graciously offered to make a breakfast burrito even though they’re technically not supposed to after 1100. In addition to higher quality ingredients, Safeway is more affordable.

This Subway is in the Walmart on Pima and Chaparral. I purchased a #15 sub because I was told Subway has no "Sub of the Day" promotion anymore. I get a 6 inch Turkey sub and its $8.06 with a drink its like $11. The sandwich I ordered was mostly bread and veggies and barely any turkey. The bread was chewy.I do want to state this review isn't about the employees. The guy with the mustache, the girl with the purple hair and the new guy they had this evening all were friendly. Great customer service. Now I know its 2024 and inflation and all...but every time I eat out I am reminded why cooking at home is so much better. I could have made this sandwich at home for less than $2 in ingredients. Subway is a rip off now. It used to have so much value. I'd rather go to a place like Potbellys which is expensive as hell but stuffs so much meat in your sandwich. With these small amounts of meat and increasing prices Subway feels like its going the way of Burger King and McDonalds. I'm done with these places. If you need to get fast food its better to go to fast casual spots that have better quality then get ripped of by the bigger chains like this. You still are getting ripped off there but at least you get some meat and aren't feeling hungry. Its also worse because you know those kids at the counter are getting ripped off too. Subway pays like $15 an hour. Potbelly's pays $18. In N Out pays $20. If we are going to support national chains lets support the ones that actually provide quality and take better care of their employees.

I had a gift card that clearly showed the Subway logo on the front of the card, with a bar code on the back and a pin number. I used it to buy a sandwich there and the first time they figured out how to use the card. I went there today, 1/22, to use the remaining funds on the card--it was $25 total--to buy one more sandwich. The lady working there could not figure out how to redeem the gift card. I asked her to call someone to figure it out. She did, but whoever she called also could not figure it out. I was left with no sandwich and could not use this gift card, again, clearly with the Subway logo on the front of it. I would not recommend this store, as the people scammed me out of my gift card and my sandwich. I will NOT return to this store. Very poor customer service.

I have to say that Kail made me the absolute best sandwich I have had since leaving Philadelphia. Thank you Kail, you are simply the best at what you do! The shop was clean and organized and Kail was there alone. Very impressive.

Shoutout to Ron! He was so kind and friendly on Mother's Day 2023. His mama raised him well! If you're looking for a snack, it's Ron. Just kidding - the subs are great but he is a cutie! I can't wait to get my subs from him more often. He's very eloquent and well-mannered, I think he should be manager if he isn't already. Watch out subway, I'm going to steal him for a position at my next corporate company!

The young man at the Sub Way store was by himself. It was around 2:00 on Saturday. He had just served 3 people, then he was working on a order of 4 sandwiches, then another man, then myself, after that he had 4 other couples. I have to give this young man alot of credit. He stayed calm under pressure, and the food was good. The manager on Saturday afternoon had scheduled one person to work during lunch rush. Wow! He set this young man up to fail. This young man deserves Employee of the month along with a raise.

Worst Subway ever. The employees are awful and the manager and supervisor are rude and mean. I saw them in there berating the employee because he wouldn't work extra shifts. (It was kinda hard not to overhear). I would never want my son to work in a place like that plus it's dirty and has a bad odor when you walk in. If anyone treated my son the way they treat their employees at his job, I tell you they would have me to deal with and it wouldn't be pretty. I feel sorry for that guy and anyone else who works there having to put up with that BS from some holier than thou self righteous know it all B****. Get a different job people. One that respects you as a person. Yes, it does exist. Just not at Subway.

It's a Subway, I get it, but this place is a joke. The "hours of operation" are simply up to pretend they have regular hours. I've tried to go here twice within the last month, both times they were closed OVER an hour earlier than what was posted in the window and online. I dont care if you want to close at 7pm on a Saturday, all I ask is that you please adjust your hours to reflect that.

The bathroom was a mess but it was close to closing time and it looked like there were only a couple employees. I did have to wait a hot minute for someone to take my order but since it was near the end of the day, I would guess they were busy in the back. The food was good; the menu had changed since I'd last been to a subway but all the old options were still there
