Subway needs to update their average cost. Gone are the days of getting a decent sub and a decent price. Sub sandwiches are now $15. You can get a much better sub for the same price at any restaurant. This location has so many one-star reviews that it should be shut down. Goodbye Subway!

Manager double charges everyone. Manager is rude. Yells at people. Called my family white trash for asking about the overcharges. Restaurant is dirty. Employees are rude and yell at you. The child behind the counter was strongly harrasing my mentally disabled client for tips making her feel clustered and overwhelmed. So inappropriate & trashy & he makes more than most customers who have real jobs, so please just do your job & make the sandwhich

If I could leave less stars I would!! This location is so rude!! They don’t care to help anyone out!! Can’t order online with coupon can’t go in store and use coupon code!! They want all your money and don’t want to help you with what you came in for!! Will argue with you and give you attitude!! Not a customer friendly place!!!

Last Saturday I saw a Subway Sandwich commercial on TV and it showed all the sandwiches with the meat part compromising over half the size of the whole sandwich. It looked so good I immediately went to Subway Sandwich and purchased 4 footlong ham sandwiches. When I got home all 4 of my family just couldn't wait to dive into the 4 sandwiches. Everyone said at the same time "Where's The Meat?". We opened all the sandwiches and each one had 5 paper thin pieces of meat. I took them all to the LAB at work and my scientists said "The Meat on the sandwiches was less than 1% of the total sandwiches. I am demanding my money back!!!

Haha it was 130pm on a Saturday and the lady was yelling “were closed” and made a customer lock the door they are open until 7 was funny but made everyone uncomfortable

I ordered a Tuna salad on line I picked it up got back to work opened it and low and behold NO TUNA, so I called the store to let them know ANGELA answers after a lengthy ringing time (lunch time I understand) ANGELA however made everything worse by not only not apologizing for the inconvenience but just told me to bring it back and proceeded to hang up on me? What the hell kind of customer service is that? needless to say I’m a very UNHAPPY customer ????

Angela that works here is skimpy I mean Skimpy on your sub. If the recipe calls for 6 cucumbers she will out 4. The cheese was skimped. My foot long is small. I guess she worries more about her bonus then the customers. Will not come here again

The lady with the pink hair was rude, abrupt, pushy, and when buying a veggie sub yelled and told me she could not put more olives on the sub even though I offered to pay extra, "no! We don't do that they don't allow that!" 4 cucumber slices on a foot long veggie sub. Very demeaning and ugly to me I will never buy here again I'm an adult and was treated like a criminal robbing them, very degrading experience.

I go to subway at least 2-3 times a week. The bread was dry like it was a few days old. And my sub wasn’t even toasted. Every table was dirty. I asked for extra olives and she put like 6 olives on my sub. Very disappointed in this location!

We usually stop by to get lunch here, my mom and I. We have never really had a problem but this lady with pink hair is ON ONE. She was yelling at customers telling us to not let anybody else in. She didn't seem to care to lose her job in that moment so I'd consider finding someone who's a lot more nice and patient. While we were scanning our app as well it was not working, she said you have to follow the rules that's why it's not working. Like seriously? She's lucky I didn't snap. Then when asked for a receipt she was all nice all of a sudden? I get people have bad days. But DO BETTER.
