I had the best experience at this location, everyone was so nice and very helpful. As long as that staff don’t leave I’ll be back. I was in an accident almost a year ago and I couldn’t use my driver door, so I’ve been getting in my car from the passenger side. The technician Jason, fixed my door and I cried when he showed it to me. I told him I really appreciate it and explained why I was crying. I never complained about using the passenger side I just thanked God I was still able to drive my car. See you soon!!!

I’m really disappointed in this shop. This has been my go to place to get all my mechanic work done since I got my car, but I will not be coming back in the future and will be looking for a new shop. I called and scheduled an oil change on Tuesday, when I came in they said they didn’t have me on the calendar. I pulled the up the call and time, and it was obvious it was the gentleman I was speaking to that I originally spoke to. He was dismissive and said he would’ve scheduled it if he had the call. I really needed an oil change before going on a trip, hence why I called in advance to schedule it. Now I’m forced to find a shop last minuet because of they have bad admin. I could’ve brushed this off as a one time thing if he wasn’t so rude about it. I do not recommend, and removed my previous 5 star rating.

Sun Devil Auto has an easy appointment schedule system on their website, and diagnosed the problem with my car within a couple of hours. They ordered the part, installed it as soon as they got the part and off I went! Great, friendly and professional service and I highly recommend Sun Devil Auto.

Jason and Mark were extremely professional and efficient with my battery replacement. I called in about the warranty on the battery they told me to stop by. An within 10 min I had the battery tested, an then replaced. Only $30 for instillation. I was pleased with their efficiency an time management. I could see me doing future business with them.

Fantastic place to get work on the car done! Jason at the front is great with timing, pricing and scheduling and the guys in the back did a fantastic job replacing the front arm on my Mazda along with alignment, filter change and brake fluid exchange all in a walk in that took about 3 hrs! I will not be going anywhere else.
