Order shipping is a joke here! Ordered a piece of jewlery and used standard shipping assuming 7 days would be sufficent for them to get the item from Arizona to California in 7 days! Two days after the order was placed, the tracking URL shows the item not moved an inch! BTW, the tracking number on the Sundance Catalog website is NOT clickable!When I contacted Customer Service, the rep claimed that's how std shipping works and did not offer any help. Contrast to Amazon where we would have option to cancel the order, or the shipping costs waived!Sundance Catalog makes Amazon look good.

I have loved Sundance Catalogue for yearsThis was my first time in one of their retail sites. The staff never greeted us, never asked us if we needed assistance. This shopping center is in an affluent area. But I'm not destitute, nor do I look that way. And while I'm not a teeny, tiny size, I have purchased clothing from them quite a bit online. Very disappointed the vibe the staff were giving when it's supposed to be such a cool life-style kind of brand. Went to JJill around the corner and they were super kind and I had several ladies asking if we needed help.

I get greeted right away! I love all the ladies I here. Been on several occasions and everyone is so helpful and it’s just a gorgeous shop full of treasures! Thank you Sundance for all the unique quality clothing!

I love so many of the things at Sundance. They're different!Unfortunately, at 5'11", 140 lb., many things don't fit in length. I wish they made true talls in their pants/jeans with a true tall inseam. Pants can always be shortened if they're too long but too short is a no-go. Come on, Sundance, let's see more tall sizes and REAL tall sizes! I chuckle when people say they wish they were tall/thin like I am because it is not easy to clothe such a frame.

Rude, Rude, Rude! The employees are horrible people. The sales clerk walked right past me and said hello to everyone who was near me including my husband. She even asked if he was with a woman who was across the store and if she needed help. I guess I didn’t look the part of a customer or wife. I tan easily if you know what I mean.

Horrible customer service. These employees are horrible people. They never asked me if I needed help, but asked my husband if he needed help? I guess the difference is he has blue eyes and fair. I have brown eyes and tan.

This review is about the company and this store. Going into and purchasing something was fine. Everyone willing to help. Returns? No one wants to help. I walked in with my return, no one offered help. I stood in line (both cashiers busy), then a couple of ladies joined the line behind me a few minutes later. After several more minutes one customer finished checking out and then the employee called over the customers who joined the line after me. The other employee finished up with her customer at the register then started organizing or shuffling stuff around behind the counter. Maybe they were hoping I'd just leave? Seems like they work like they're paid strictly commission. I ended up writing a review on the website about the item I bought/returned (screenshot photos show what I wrote and their response). I got a blanket message that they can't publish it without a specific reason why. I assume because I mentioned the $108 top was made in China. Which it was, there was a fabric tag sewn into the garment. So, if you want to overpay for something made in China, shop here. I won't deny that they have cute things, and understand it's higher quality workmanship even though it come from a country that generally sells cheap items so companies can make more profit. But don't piss on my leg and tell me it's raining. I'd rather shop Anthro where more things come from countries that make quality products, then I'm OK with a higher price tag. Also, censoring reviews like that? Now I can't trust any reviews on that site. They only let the good ones through.

I went to this location to buy some boots I had seen in the catalog. I arrived and went inside, no hello or greeting. I was one of 3 customers, they totally ignored me. They didn't ask if I needed help or anything, so I'm going to assume being black in Scottsdale is a no-no. I will cross this company off my list, it's a shame because I feel Robert Redford is not that "type" of person

This store was the perfect weekend adventure after brunch with a friend: hats, dresses, jewelry, candles - the list goes on. The owner is Actor Robert Redford and the store made me feel like I was back at Sundance Resort! I loved the beautiful decor and wide selection of items. Everything was high quality and the staff were very helpful and nice. I couldn't find a size and they was able to get it shipped right to my home.

I needed quick earrings for dinner. Nice items but not unique. The sales woman mention to a couple of other buyers that there is a special sale on jewelry. I bought a pretty pair of studs and left. The next day I was tossing away the little package and noticed that it had 2 stickers with the same item code. You guessed it, the sticker on top was priced higher. The store raises prices then offers a sale. The least they can do is put items in an unmarked box.

If I could give this store 0 's and get away with it I would. I am no stranger to shopping. As a matter of fact I have shopped myself across America and back again several times. All that to say I am a veteran of spot-on customer service. I've been a beneficiary of top notch, white glove, red carpet niceties and Sundance store at The Kierland Commons leaves far to much to be desired in the decorum department. Not only had I just purchased into the Kierland Resort lifetime ownership experience but had dropped coinage all along that shopping corridor and trust me when I say Sundance wasn't my worst customer service experience but it is the one I'm writing about. It honestly think it's because I'm Black that every single white woman in that store ignored my presence. I mean, seriously. I walked in and the woman directly in front of me got eye contact and continued to design her display, and it was all downhill from there. Oh, sure, there was high-pitched talking, laughing all around me, sales people running around assisting other white women in the store. But not me. I even heard them say goodbye to people and welcomed newcomers as though they'd known them their entire lives. And so, instead of spending the coinage on that lovely magenta, cashmere sweater, or the kimono, or the Old Gringo boots I fell madly in love with while perusing the store for more than 25 minutes I left empty handed. I'd so wanted to buy something, I was so excited to see a real live brick & mortar of this store which has a great catalog, but I was so disappointed to recognize the lack of real live courtesy on behalf of the sales women. Well, I also decided to cancel the resort ownership as well. I honestly don't want to return to a place, area that seems to have no space for difference.
