Shopped here yesterday for men's Rings. Lady was friendly and helped narrow down selections. So far five stars for customer service. She claimed that the jewelry was hand made by the Natives, which inclined me to purchase as I like to support Small businesses and local artists. This is where things went sour. I went home and searched online and other stores for other silver jewelry to add to my collection, just to learn what I purchased is mass produced and a fraction of the cost at other places. This is why instead of leaving a positive and five-star review, I think it's wrong to use the local native culture to sell mass-produced items. Now I do understand there is overhead to run a store, but to use the native's name, and charging Three to four times, after the discounts, is wrong in my opinion. Don't be fooled by the discount signs that convince you to come in. The normal listed price is, are 6 to 8 times the amount. If the salesperson says that it's handmade by the natives then use your phone to double check other jewelry vendors before you make your purchase. Unfortunately there's no refunds and only exchanges at this store.

My husband and I were in Arizona for a conference and visited the store and bought jewelry. We spent a good amount of money on necklaces. Three days later when we were back home, one of the necklaces started to come apart. I have tried calling the store every day and cannot get a response from anyone to help with this jewelry. If someone would please respond and work with me on how to get the jewelry fixed. That is all I'm asking for.

I purchased a hummingbird sterling silver necklace with a leaf that has 4 green stones in it. I was told this was 80% off, and the stones were emeralds. After visiting my jeweler, it IS sterling silver, but the stones are green glass glued in. He said it's not even worth the "incredible discounted price" I paid!!!

Visited this store yesterday and purchased some beautiful jewelry at a great price. The lady who showed me the jewelry was so helpful. I can be somewhat indecisive and she helped me find items that went well together and fit my style.
