I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience.
I came in for a simple haircut, and as someone with long, curly hair, I understand that it requires extra care and attention. Unfortunately, that was not what I received.
The stylist barely seemed focused—constantly glancing out the door during my appointment—and handled my hair roughly, brushing it harshly in a way that was genuinely painful. Her attitude felt rushed and dismissive from the start.
After the appointment, I noticed my hair was visibly uneven (photo attached). I hadn’t moved or bent my head—it was just freshly washed. It was clear the cut was poorly done, so I ended up trimming and evening it out myself at home.
To top it off, as I was checking out, she made a comment about it “being an hour,” as if my hair was an inconvenience.
Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. I understand not every haircut will be perfect, but basic customer service, professionalism and care should be a given.

I’ve been twice, each time I scheduled online and chose sam. She is absolutely my favorite! I’m so glad I randomly picked her the first time I went! She’s confident in her work, super polite and seems like a sweetheart. She goes above and beyond 10/10 recommend 🤍

It’s so nice to go to a stylist that actually knows hair and color! Haley is well educated in both, and you can trust her with giving you the look that you want! I’m asked frequently “Who does your hair?” Haley is really wonderful!

We did an impromptu appointment for wash and blow dry. This was 3 days after my double mastectomy so I couldn't wash my own hair. It never occurred to me that SUPERCUTS would be $49 to just wash and dry. No product! It took less than 45 min. I never imagined it would cost more than $30, and I tipped another $10! He did a nice job, but it wasn't what I would consider styled or anything extra to be so costly.
