I was there this morning to purchase a few items for my husband’s birthday. And no one was at the register. I yelled asked for help . But no one came out . A store like that shouldn't be unattended. Js

The ring that my girlfriend and I were shopping for today turned out to be amazing. The quality was great, and it was exactly what we wanted her promise ring to be. With that being said, the quality of the customer service was horrendous. The young lady who helped us out said a total of less than 15 words to us throughout the entire transaction. When asked for more information regarding cut, size, and style of the ring we were buying we were given a general response about Swarovski crystals. We could tell that although the box she was pulling for us was damaged, the other employee waived it off as if it weren't a big deal. It may not have been a big deal to those two, but to the customers in front of them it would have meant the world if they had gone so far as to simply switch a damaged box out for any other one. Although the quality of the crystals reflect that brand's renowned name, the shocking lack of care on part of their employees is reminiscent of other higher-end brands that sit just a few floors above them at the same mall.

Was waiting for 15 plus minutes for a return….. the customer service was awful as one was free but only wanted to help new people walking in. Very disappointed in the service and believe it needs to be improved as it made me not want to return to come back to spend my money. I will order online moving forward & still waiting to do the return

We were there on Sunday they have the Worst costumer service at this location dirty looks from employees… I didn't felt welcome at all, instead made us felt uncomfortable, when they finally decided to help the service was not very helpful I am not sure if they don't like their job or employees just like to discriminate costumers, I was there to buy not to browse or ask for free stuff!!! At the end when they finally decided to help they didnt have the size I was lookig for and offcourse they didnt even bother to offer any other options so I decided to leave without buying any of the other jewelry I was looking for… I just didn’t wanted to stay any longer at a place where employees make costumers feel humiliated

I would never think of giving a bougie place like this 5 stars. I honestly didn't think they would even help us because we don't dress the part. Not only were they super nice & helpful, but we got zero judgement at all. They helped my Wife and girls out with the necklaces they wanted to get and were a joy to deal with 100% of the time. Prices do range from under a hundred all the way up to 5 figures as far as I saw maybe even 6 figures . So they carry something for everyone's price range. And they have a great selection and even found something for a n*** like me.

This location has some awful customer service. Not a single “hello”, only dirty looks from the employees. Basically had to beg to grab their attention to help me BUY things I came for, as they were pretty set on ignoring that I was there right in front of them saying, “excuse me?”Like, I’m SORRY for interrupting you so I can give you my money.Employee that was helping me kept walking off to other people in the store. The other one vanished as soon as more people came in. Stood there at the counter WAITING TO PAY for all the stuff, because perhaps I don’t look like I’m a paying customer like the others who were just browsing (and heading towards the exit) were.I love the designs Swarovski makes, I really do, but this store really ruins it for me.

The store has many different varieties of jewelry that you can try and buy. I really like their signature jewelry that has its logo. Also, if you buy something as a gift and you didn't like, you can easily return it as long as there is no damage to it.

I have bought several things from this location in the past including Champaign glasses, Christmas ornaments and a crystal lion family set. My wife and I went in on Sunday 11/10/19 around 11 am to 12pm. We were the only 2 customers in the entire store. There was one girl behind the counter that never acknowledged us. We walked around for several minutes then another employee came out from the back and the two of them just sat behind the counter talking with each other while my wife and I sat in front of the phone holder case waiting to be helped. After a few minutes my wife and I looked at each other, polled our eyes and left.I guess when people are in your store wearing workout clothes they don't get the attention others who are more dressed up get. Shame on you Swarovski for your horrible customer service (oh wait that's right I didn't even get service). I will never buy anything from you ever again and will tell others who ask me about you the truth about your customer service. I wish I was able to give you zero stars.

Went to there at aug 23rd, my bf bought me a necklace online but I didn’t like it so I want to change another one, first I never wear it and a girl was really serious told me next time don’t put your makeup on when you wear a necklace, I mean who put make up on their neck, if you don’t want to help me to return, its fine. I can go somewhere else, just don’t give me that attitude, you don’t own the business, I’m sure if I call the customers service they will help me to exchange immediately, Not a huge deal! This place really need a better service! Don’t give your bad attitude to anyone, nobody deserves that!!!
