've never been to the point where I felt as though I needed to write a review for any place I have been to but I felt as though my complaint should be heard. I went in today with my cousin who needed to exchange her Apple Watch, and as for me I wanted to exchange my Screen protector/ phone case. Usually when I go into T-Mobile I'm greeted with great service and a welcoming smile, but I guess today that wasn't the case. Which is ok I don't really care as much for that but then, we had spoke to Alisha who was actually so rude. My cousin is one to speak her mind and had stopped herself from saying anything to her. She replaced the wrong screen protector size, although that wasn't her fault as her colleague suggested her do that since they didn't have the 14pro max screen protector. Instead of offering to order anything for me, she rudely suggested "you would have to just go to another store ." While also rolling her eyes in frustration as though I was wasting her time. Not even the worst part, going off on my cousins situation, she had asked if they were able to transfer all the data from her old watch to the new replacement and they said sure it was fine. The whole team including the manager were distracted with their personal lives talking about how he was leaving out of town and that tomorrow would be his last day. I've worked in costumer service for 7 years and believe me I'm not one to talk I've also had my moments, but a whole team being unprofessional including the manager when our needs were not too complicated . That being said , the whole team wasn't attentive with us. My cousin never transferred her data, my screen protector is the wrong size, and come to find out the new watch doesn't even turn on :) seems to me this location needs structure.

Went in to upgrade to new iPhones for myself and my wife. Staff there told us about the promotion to change over to the other type of network we could get huge discounts off the phones if we did so. Cool right? Well then he told us to switch to the new network we needed to switch numbers and cancel our old numbers. My dad is a manager at a T-Mobile in Colorado and told me that he is simply trying to get the commission for new numbers and we did NOT need to change our numbers to get the discount. Very shady. Reported it to corporate and requested a call but never got it. Won’t go back there for sure.

Extremely unprofessional, very rude. The manager likes the overtop people and thinks he knows everything. Instead of trying to help a customer he wants to continue to have an attitude. We definitely recommend going to another store. One associate said he couldn’t even find my account then the other associate found it. Extremely unorganized. Definitely recommend going to Tempe Marketplace.

My phone died and I needed to get my older phone connected in its place. I was falsely told that my phone was too old to work on the network and I'd need to buy a new phone. I later got help elsewhere and my old phone connected without issue.I had my 3 young children with me and we were in the store for less than 5 min. While I was speaking to one employee, another employee snapped at my kids to be quiet. They were being kids - giggling and dancing to music while being so patient. They are all under 5 and didn't understand what they were "in trouble" for. Overall, this was a bad experience.

Exceptional customer service at this T-Mobile store… Joseph did a great job of helping me get my 87-year-old father’s phone service transferred over to a $20 talk & text plan from his prior service with Verizon (where he was paying $60+ a month while not using any data). Joseph was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, etc., and knew exactly what steps to make it happen while he and others kindly helped my dad with his mobility issues. I’ve been a very satisfied T-Mobile customer for a long time, and customer service like this just amplified those sentiments!!

Stay away from this place!!! I came in to get a Galaxy Watch during the T Mobile promotion where you add a line and get a watch. This is not a corporate store and its clear they work on commission. The manager Joseph kept trying to upsell me their internet, even though i told him over and over I am only here for the watch. I don't want your internet. He sold me the watch and I left only to find out a month later that he added a protection plan I never asked for and never added any discounts! My bill shot up by $60 when it should have only been $10. I immediately called T Mobile who removed the protection plan he added without my consent and gave me the discount that he never added to my bill.If you're thinking of purchasing ANYTHING, go to the T Mobile website and do it online! It's shady and very scammy to add things to people's bills without their approval or consent. Don't get scammed!

The system was down today, and they were pretty nice about it I desperately needed to upgrade one of my lines he stated he would call me when their system was up. NEVER received a call after about 3-4 hours I called in and a girl answered and said the system was back up, so I drove all the way back from the Ahwatukee foothills since it was for my son's line who lives in Scottsdale. I came back in the young man who assisted me was very nice and everything but, when I asked to see the breakdown of everything since the previous store, I went to told me it was only $74, and he said it was $94? would not show me the breakdown just told me what it was. He just said, "well it's because Scottsdale's taxes are more". But he would not show me the actual "break down". (Maybe he didn't know what I meant) So, well I just needed to get this done. After leaving and looking at the receipt well. I figured out why it was so much!!! NOTE TO SELF: Save yourself some money and deal with the Corporate T-Mobile store not the reseller store this is a reseller store! and save your money or just do it online!He also thew in a USB cube for $20 that I did not need!! Never asked me about that. Yeah, whatever never going back there again, and I talked to T-Mobile Corporate and filed a complaint. the tax was based on the $429.00 price of the phone that I am paying in installments monthly with my bill over time that is taxed every month! not the "zero" down option that they "promo" lol they always way find a way to get you! So that free zero down options is literally a joke and does not exist! oh and there is a $35.00 connection fee.

Worst location its all young guys who seem upset that you walk in while they're busing jerking each other. i went to simply utilitze the warranty i pay for after damaging my phone when i asked them to simply do theyre job they just start sucking each other off disgusting will not be going back

I bought my step son his very first IPhone last week and I went into this Scottsdale location as the ratings were better than others in my area and I did not regret it, first off James was very helpful and courteous and got the process started and then Ben helped me finish the purchase as we shopped for the best deal and thank you Leslie for the water bottle that was offered on a hot Arizona day! Everyone was friendly and patient with me and I do appreciate that! Keep up the greatness guys!!!! ?
