Recently ordered business cards that i needed customized and the process was very smooth. Received the cards a few days ago and they turned out great! 1st time I've ever been excited to hand out a business card just to hear the compliments on how cool it is. The team at Taste of Ink does excellent work! Very high end quality. Great attention to detail. I never hesitate to have printed work shipped directly to my customer as they always deliver perfect quality. They just turned around a set of business cards for me in record time with no extra cost. While I know this was the exception to their standard process. They worked really hard to speed things up as much as they could and stayed in touch with me every step of the way. Thanks guys!

I had a problem but they solved it and i'm happy about it..
i asked for plastic with silver foil.. i got with silver inkt that was something i didn't want or even could choose as a option.
We talk about the problem.. I got the right cards now and i'm very happy how they solved this problem good job!

Gosh! Such a frustrating experience working with Taste of Ink. I have placed (3) printing orders with them lately. All of them have been a mess! We have had to follow-up with them on proofs, orders that were shipped late and incomplete. I have never had such a poor customer service experience. I would go somewhere else before you invest any money with this company!
