We walked into the store last week, browsing for a while - 3 associates were talking all during this time but none of them bothered to acknowledge us in any way. And when we went up to them to ask a question, the saleslady was extremely snotty and condescending. Maybe we didn't look wealthy enough for them to take us seriously. Stupid mistake.

We walked in just to look around and Josh helped us get a test drive - added a lot of fun to our morning brunch. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful. At first I was against buying a Tesla but after that test drive I'm seriously considering owning one in the future.

I am so disappointed to learn that after spending over an hour with a sales associate in the store and test drive on April 10 which resulted in us placing the order that day, that we were never informed that the 3 yrs of FREE supercharging was only valid if the order was placed after April 20.Had we known this; we would have waited 10 DAYS to order our Model X Plaid!!

Location can be understaffed at times and it can be a wait to speak with someone but overall, we've had good experiences here. I've test driven several vehicles and had no problem with the online scheduling. We stopped by here a couple weeks ago to talk with someone about purchasing Powerwalls on our home. Horrible experience at this location. Set up an overnight demo, arrived for my appointment as a prospective buyer and was told I wasn't allowed to take the over night and was offered the 30 min. I will be taking my business to another location.

The people at the store are very friendly and it is easy to book a test drive and make the purchase. However, if you have more in-depth questions about the car and battery technology, the answers were along the lines of: "check the on-line manual".After deciding to buy the vehicle, the sales person recommended to use direct withdrawal from my bank account. I was overcharged by over $3,000! When I complained I was told that I'd get a check in the mail in 3 months! No apologies, "this is how it works". We all know that Elon overpaid big time for Twitter, but this is pathetic. After more complaining, I did get a transfer within a couple of weeks.Unfortunately, I decided to ordered a wall charger from the Tesla Shop. It took 3 weeks to deliver (Amazon prime gets you the same item delivered the next day). When I sent an email to ask for status, I get a response: "due to high volume... it will take 5 business days to respond" Never got a response.I had some more questions at the delivery of the car at the service center in Scottsdale. The personnel looked at me as if I had asked them to derive the Schroedinger equation. The car was full of water spots, which etch into to the paint. My confidence in getting that fixed by Tesla at that stage was low, so I had to take it to a detail shop for stage one paint correction and ceramic coating.After a couple of days I started getting an error message that requires service. I schedule service and the day before the appointment I get a message: "due to high volume" ... it will take 72 hours to fix! According to the result of the remote diagnosis it is very simple procedure that should be doable in less that a day. I have to assume that Tesla quality is not that great since the service centers are apparently overwhelmed. Further, I won't get the loaner that is advertised, instead they are offering an Uber voucher.Looks like this is the first and last Tesla for me.

Went for a test drive. Sales staff were friendly. Many customers visit, so may have wait time. Drive was good. Nice car.

Horrible sales people. They said I would have my Model Y order in January. Now they say it will be May. They said I could purchase one like it that they have in stock. However, I would need to pay $2000 more and take a large cut in range. Don’t order a Tesla!
