Service center is just rude. Needed repair door doesn't open.Service center we can schedule a repair in 9 daysDoor not opening is a non emergency issue we have over 100 people in line with more serious issues.Time to look for outside help or get the youtube repair guide so much for a quick TESLA repair. This guy on the phone was bad must have too many people complaining all day long was my guess.

I wish they would have been straight forward and honest when it came to not being able to do a service and filling out paperwork acting like they did the service i paid $100 , instead of just saying they did to get to the next car they have to work on. I got a refund for what they said they did days after finding out and having to call a manger for it for the service that wasnt done. Like come on. I feel like I don't want to even bring my car to tesla to get fix ? maybe a 3rd part that's not busy that actually has time maybe... idk just got my first telsa.

Everyone was friendly and courteous. It was a pleasure getting a windshield on the Model 3, that was hit by a rock. In the meantime, we test drove the Tesla X and Y. It was such fun!

Terrible customer service experience. Don't buy a TSLA. after spending 6 figures on a 2023 S Plaid, I have not been able to charge it at non Tesla charging stations. The answer I get ? "We don't guarantee non Tesla chargers". Great answer. Makes sense but what doesn't make sense is that there are at least 20 teslas in my apartment garage ALL BEING CHARGED DAILY. You do not need to "register" with charge point or the leasing office at apartment. My buddy who is a software engineer and a TSLA owner, tried my connector on his TSLA and it worked. I tried every charger on every floor. Same thing. "Communication error". So LOGICALLY it is not the equipment it is the vehicle. I need a TSLA service person to physically come to my garage which is 5m away and see what is happening so I can charge at my place. One of the main reasons for buying this car is bc the charging is included in my rent !!! I have had the car for a week and still have not received that benefit. Service basically said, "shoo shoo home little boy , you are screwed. Too bad. We don't give a shit." Ametuers. But an EV with an established company. These guys aren't mechanics, they hide behind computers and apps.

I came to this location to pick up my new Model 3. Sales people are very helpful. But I have problems with how Tesla does some things which are very inconvenient like it's not easy to talk with someone we do have to send a message in the app it takes time for a response to come back and tesla a lot of quality issues for a new car we have book a service appointment which is not even available till next 30 days. I like the people at the location but Tesla has to change the process and fix the issues before delivering the car to the customer.

I want to give a shout out to Josh and Kyle, service technicians who were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience at the service center (I was concerned since texting through the app was not very helpful) and I was able to get a loaner car until my service was complete.

Took 7 month old Model 3 in due to a weird clunking noise from the rear tire and no LTE connectivity. I had already tried rebooting to troubleshoot the LTE issue, but no luck. Randy was polite and genuinely interested in resolving the issues. The tech Jason went on a test drive with me and confirmed the noise. Car was taken into service, I was given a loaner Model 3 to drive home, and given an estimated date of a week for resolution. Surprise, the car was ready after 3 days!! Dropped off loaner and keycard, picked up the 3, and drove home with both issues fixed! Thanks guys for making it so seamless and easy!!

We recently did the update Tesla requires and now none of the cameras work on the vehicle. We reached out for service after attempting the fixes we saw online and they advised they cannot get us in for a month! Why purchase a Tesla if you can't get service for your vehicle for a month. That means driving a vehicle without safety features for an entire month because of an update Tesla required us to make. Shame on Tesla for not caring about their product and fixing a problem in a timely manner.

TESLA SERVICE CENTER @ 8300 E. Raintree Drive-Scottsdale, Chris -Service MGR and Arnie -ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! Their customer service is off the charts! Their knowledge of Tesla is INCREDIBLE! I have been bringing my Tesla's there for sometime and I always ask for Arnie and to say hello to Chris. They always treat us like family and explain whatever is going on. Fortunately I haven't needed a lot of service on my Tesla's but I always get the BEST service when I go there. A few weeks back I stopped in just to say hello bc I feel like they are family, too. When I first got my Tesla I thought the cameras were malfunctioning. It turns out they were just sensitive. Chris spent about 45 minutes going over my entire vehicle with me to help me better understand it. I loved my Tesla so much more after that intervention! My daughter brought in my Tesla and they treated her just as they would me. They are honest as the day is long. I am forever grateful for this dealership, for Chris and Arnie. I love that I am always in the best of hands when we go there. They are the absolute BEST in the business!!!!!!!!!

Tesla Service Center on Raintree delivers exceptional customer service! My Model 3's 12V battery issue was resolved on the same day, and when my Model Y developed a coolant leak, they diagnosed and fixed it promptly. Their efficiency and expertise truly impressed me. Kudos to the Tesla Service Center team!

Picked up our brand new Tesla and was disappointed they gave me the car at 40% battery. We had a two hour drive home and we don’t live next to a super charger. Also the office smell wasn’t pleasant it was a mix of locker room sweat and musk. No pun intended. Either way do better.

We've brought out Model 3 here for service for the past year (tire rotations, 3 cracked windshields, air filters, etc...) I also picked up my new Model Y here earlier this year. The staff here have always been great to work with and communicate well.Picking up my new vehicle was super simple. The Model Y was a Giga Texas build and it was in perfect condition. No panel gaps or scratches. Just a minor residue from some protective film but they buffed it out for us while we signed some paperwork inside. All in all, great experiences here and I look forward to coming back here when my Cybertruck is here!*Feel free to use my Tesla referral code (austin18514) for up to $1,000 off and free FSD months if you are purchasing a new vehicle or solar, or scheduling a DEMO drive!! tesla.com/referral/austi…

This location has helpful and friendly staff that will assist you with all of your needs. Getting service done is seamless and easy, the same as scheduling a test drive. I don’t know how the delivery experience is here since I opted for them to deliver the car to my house. There are also complimentary snacks and water bottles in the waiting room, if you even have to wait at all.

3 weeks ago, we were issued a brand new Model Y with a broken AC. Imagine dealing with something like this in the middle of Phoenix summer. We were surprised that they didn't check this before releasing the car. They asked us to bring the car back for service. We were told that the repair which is an AC replacement, will take a week, and while waiting, we were given a loaner Model 3. Prior to this event, our family had planned a trip north to celebrate my husband's birthday. We were hoping to have our car back by this time because we needed more space in the car. One week turned to 2 weeks, then 3!!! They were saying they had to wait for parts. I was surprised that a huge company like Tesla would have to wait this long. At this point we were beyond disappointed. So my husband had to request a bigger loaner car which is an X and we were told that our car will be repaired and ready for pick-up in July 29 saturday at 4pm. While we were on our trip, July 26, we got a message to return our loaner and pick up our car the very next day or we will be fined a certain amount! We had to get back to Phx right away for this. It was so unprofessional on their end to not even call us for a heads up! Thank you Tesla for the inconvenience, for ruining my husband's birthday and for ruining our trip! We will never go back to Tesla Raintree Service again.Services: Electrical repair

I had a bunch of repairs done at Tesla. I mentioned that my screen went black once. Josh called me and said they couldn’t find an issue with the screen going black and attributed it to a combination of heat and a coolant issue so that they did not address it. I also needed a brand new key fob. I specifically asked Josh if my favorite places I saved on the navigation would still be there when I picked up the car. He assured me they would, stating that they are saved to the car not the key fob. Upon pick up yesterday, ALL my saved places for the past 5 years were gone and they had returned the car to factory setting without calling to ask my permission . This is extremely disappointing. Additionally they rarely answer their phones, they didn’t have a loaner car available (and when they do, the cars are so filthy it’s embarrassing to drive). Not a great experience.Service: Auto maintenance
