My husband and I stayed at the Canyon Suites for our anniversary and had a wonderful stay. We loved the boutique feel of the Canyon Suites but the easy access to all of the Phoenician amenities. The property has everything you could need but is also very close to Old Town Scottsdale if you want to venture out.
The service at Canyon Suites is exceptional and the people made our trip so memorable. Special shoutout to Roger and Kale in the lobby and Martin and Enrique (Nico) at the Canyon Suites pool. We enjoyed talking to all of them and like we had known them for years after just a long weekend stay.
The food was great, always fast, and many options on property. I am gluten free and everywhere we went was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to avoid any gluten.
The Canyon Suites is our new favorite place and we will definitely be back!

Incredibly rude and unhelpful valet staff. Refused to help us. Rest of the staff and hotel are incredible.

Nice resort for celebrating our anniversary!
Rooms: We had 3 one bedroom suite, all identical. They forgot to put linens on sofa bed for the grandsons- only downside.
Rooms far superior to 2 bedroom villa we had at Dove Mountain Ritz Carlton in Marana.
Food and drinks: We ate poolside and at Phoenician Tavern. Reasonable priced for special menu and good food.
The breakfast was good to get all 8 of us together without a wait time if we had to go out to another restaurant.
Noteworthy details: Resort employees were very friendly & attentive. They accommodated us by getting our rooms in close vicinity for 8 guests.

Beautiful scenery and normally nice people, this time the 2 front parking assistant were rude and smelt like they had been smoking. They said that I couldn't wait for my Rideshare inside, where it was cooler.

6 stars if I could give it. Rooms are very well maintained, suites are MASSIVE, turndown service and extremely friendly and professional staff. The suites are quiet, have a beautiful pool and worth every penny. I would 100% come back out here for a personal trip with the wife.

We chose to spend our eighth wedding anniversary here and I’m so glad we did. From wonderful Max, helping us feel right at home when checking in, to kind Angelica at Mowry and Cotton guiding us through the best food options, this is a stay that will be remembered. See you again soon Phoenician!

I don't have experience at the hotel. However, could you answer my question ? Why do you have a ladies night, but not a gentlemen's? Do you consider ladies more important? If so, why?

5 stars are not enough stars for the Canyon Suite at the Phoenician. The service is the best I have EVER gotten. From the moment you walk though the door they make you feel special and ensure that they do everything they can to make your stay memorable for all of the right reasons! Q, Derek and the team were always ready to help with any question or request we had. Can’t say enough about it.
Rooms: Great rooms. Spacious and well equipped. Good old fashioned housekeeping service with evening turndown.
Food and drinks: Restaurant’s are fabulous a lot of variety. Now that the temperature is cooling off, you do need to make sure to get reservations.
