I recently purchased a bracelet on The Relux. I made an offer and about a day later it was accepted. I completed the sale on my end and it was shipped almost immediately after that. It arrived packaged well and in great shape, exactly as described. I would highly recommend shopping with The Relux, it was a great experience!

I thought I loved this bracelet, but I had bought another one somewhere else, & didn't like that one once I received it. So I was cautious. They responded promptly to my questions, & sent me more pictures, to answer to my questions. I felt like they went above & beyond to serve me. Then! I got the bracelet. It is OH SO beautiful & just what I was looking for. I was trying to replace a bracelet my dear, late mother in law had given me, that added to the pleasure in my purchase. Thank you all, for your patience with me & for getting it to me so quickly!

My wife has wanted an authentic squash blossom necklace for years. Not one of the newly produced ones—but one like she saw when she visited Arizona with her parents in the 60’s. The Relux had exactly what I was looking for. A beautiful piece from that era in perfect condition with just the right amount of patina to add authentic character. The pictures they’d used represented the necklace well & the price was very fair. The necklace arrived well protected and packaged. The Relux did a wonderful job presenting this beautiful necklace, the priced it right, their customer service was outstanding, and they made everything about the transaction seamless. I will definitely work with them again.

I was shopping for my wife, a gift to to celebrate her recent achievements and dedication. The Relux had the bag that fit exactly what I was looking for. I had seen the bag in person at a local store but wasn’t satisfied with its condition. Erin at Relux was able to send me more detailed photos of areas I considered to be most damaged prone, she was fast and got exactly what I wanted. I made the purchase and couldn’t be happier, my wife loves the bag and I will absolutely use The Relux again!

Used the "make an offer" option and it was accepted. Went ahead and placed the order for the item at the agreed upon price. 24 hours later, received an email telling me the order was canceled with no explanation. When I sent an email asking what had happened, they told me the item was already purchased on another sales platform. However, the item still shows for sale on their web site. Seems shady to me.
