I made a shopping trip to my neighborhood TJ Maxx and had an exceptional experience! I had a large purchase with two shopping carts and many delicate items. The retail associate Houwaida was FANTASTIC! She graciously wrapped all of my candles and breakables and helped me bring my items to the car as I had two shopping carts! Houwaida was incredibly friendly, kind and professional! I highly reccommend this TJ Maxx! Thank you Howaida!!

Very disappointing experience here. I love to shop at various TJMaxx locations and this is the one time I’ve had a negative experience.
As I went up to an open register to check out I had to wait a good 5 minutes for two employees to stop talking and giggling at the register. Then when one of them finally decides to do their job, she’s disgustingly coughing directly into both of her hands, no use of hand sanitizer, as she’s handling my items and receipt. I didn’t catch her full name but her last name initial was “W” and it said she was a coordinator.
Appalled and disgusted with this poor hygiene. How could you openly spread illnesses to customers?

LOVE the products at this TJMaxx but i'm not going to lie, I've never felt so uncomfortable shopping anywhere in my life. I attempted to purchase a wallet today and an older woman in a wheelchair who was marking prices said she couldn't sell it to me and then hid it by placing other items on top. I didn't want to ask why or start an argument so I said okay and proceeded with my shopping. I then went to the jewelry section and was treated the same way. Asked to see a bracelet and was treated as if I couldn't afford it. It was pretty hurtful. Some of the workers, especially the older ones, need to be trained properly. We're in 2024 now. I'm Puerto Rican and I work and live in Scottsdale. I make more than enough to shop here. STOP JUDGING PEOPLE BY WHAT THEY WEAR AND HOW THEY LOOK. IT IS SHAMEFUL!!!!

Unfortunately I felt racially profiled by the workers here at Tjmax thinking I would steal? I often shop at this Tjmax and for todays particular visit I felt like eyes were on me because one of workers saw me check the price difference on the tags. When I was checked out she made sure to check me out, and then verbatim-ly checked that the item I purchased was marked correctly while another worker asked if she was okay. I find it super disrespectful to act in this manner; especially since I have shopped here before and have never felt uncomfortable in this way or in other words be accused of stealing.

First time visiting this location. I like this store and will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area. Great selection and friendly staff. The store is clean and well lit and inviting. It's been a while since I have shopped TJ Max but after shopping at this location I have interest in shopping there more.

Positive experience at this location. The lady at the cashier was very nice. The young lady who's asking if I could use any assistance was also friendly. Decent selection of K-beauty products.
