I ran my phone over and busted the screen on my galaxy 24 ultra i made an appointment on line to have them come to me to fix it. The guy was early and my phone was fixed in less than 30 mins. It didn't cost me anything for him to come to me! Very happy with the service! Thank you

uBreakiFix was sent to repair my phone screen through Asurion and my Verizon protection plan! Our tech was AMAZING! Prompt, courteous, informed me when he was en route, and completed the repair in less time than he initially stated. Very easy to use!!

I gave 5 stars cause your tech made me feel important he was on time. And came to the door in a professional manner knock ask for me took my phone and came back 15min later thought he had question for me no he was done. Cause last time had my phone cracked made the appt 7 to 9 am 9:30 i called asking what they came up with lame excuses saying they knock no one answer i knew that was lie cause i was outside waiting. The reason i was outside waiting cause i need my for health reason im missing both legs and thats the way i call for help if i fall. Then one the employee decided to be honest and told me they over booked which i was fine thinking some one was going to come fix it. No after talking to a female employee which she told im not only person that has emergency going on in their lives so i have to wait tomorrow cause she don't have time to hear me out so i made my appointment and she hung i was upset cause I thought they cared and would fix their mistake but instead try to make it seem like it was my fault . If She had first told me they over booked i would never be writing this about them cause honest goes a long way with me. But they didn't care about i should I care about them

I had a wonderful experience at the Thomas/Hayden location. Trevor was quick and explained everything thoroughly, providing me with updates on when he would be finished (less than 1 hour). If I have any issues in the future, I have full confidence ubreakifix will handle the job.

When you go they will take your device right away and start working on it. When I got my cracked screened repaired, the camera was blurry . I brought it back and they fixed it no problem and no charge. It takes a little time but they've got a waiting room and are faster than other places I've been.

When I cracked my screen I was instantly annoyed at the inconvenience I had brought upon myself. Never having cracked a screen before, I assumed getting it fixed would be a hassle; luckily I was proven wrong.
This team made the experience fast and pain-free. I went in and answered a few questions, left my phone and then went up the street for lunch. (The Eleanor yum!) Within an hour my phone was fixed and also squeaky clean.
If you're clumsy like me, remember this review, you'll need it later. ?
