Fantastic Lab services. Very much pleased with the support. Competitive rates, tie-up with Quest Labs, Lab time scheduling via Ulta site are all positive points. Easily deservers 5 star rating.

Booked an appt at their location off cornerstone village in houston, TX after the Labcorp I made an appt at wasn’t actually open as hours advertised. This location said they were open till 3pm, I arrived at 11:30 a.m. printed my labs off that I had already paid for and drove 30min to this location arrive and it’s closed. Door locked so we knocked several times and waited just incase - nothing. Call that clinics line & 800 number and of course no-one answers and ends call on you.

I was mostly pleased with my testing experience with Ulta Lab Tests. I was able to select multiple tests without having to visit a physician. There was a seasonal sale going on which made the already affordable prices even more affordable. I had my blood drawn and I got partial results back in as little as 24 hours.I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience with their customer service. They offer a hormone testing bundle which includes total testosterone, free testosterone, and estradiol. But for some odd reason, the assay they use in this estradiol test is not one that is recommended for men. This is because men have lower estrogen levels than women so an ultrasensitive assay is recommended to get accurate results. My estradiol numbers came back borderline high but this is typical for standard immunoassay tests (which are meant for adult women). I reached out to customer service to see if I could order the recommended test, and the person refused my request. This person was quite rude to me and told me that I was wrong and that the other test would give me the same result. I told them that their own website recommends the ultrasensitive assay for adult men, but they ignored me and again refused my request. I asked them if they were a medical professional who was qualified to give medical advice and they did not answer the question. l later confirmed with a physician that I was correct and the other test is recommended for men.I will probably go back to them because the prices are so good, but be aware of which tests you are ordering and know that their customer service can give you incorrect medical advice.

They advertise as 3-4 days for blood work results. It's day 8 and still no results. I emailed them and they give you the run around. No refund given, they simply don't care.Avoid doing business with these people

Great resource. Reasonable prices for a wide array of tests - sometimes less expensive than going thru a provider considering the costs of deductibles and co-pays. Blood draw was convenient with very pleasant personnel at the center. Results were timely and easy to see online with full explanations for each element of the tests and for any deviations from normal. Will use them again for sure.

I was very happy to find this direct to consumer lab test service. I ordered my own labs (no doctor's appointment required), had my blood taken at Quest first thing in the morning, and I started seeing my first results on their website later that day. They offer many different types of blood tests and the prices are very good. One of the things I like most about Ulta Lab Tests is the combo test packages they offer -- I can purchase one comprehensive test that includes all of the tests that I'm interested in, rather than having to select each of those test individually. I highly recommend "Dr. Tom's Comprehensive Health Panel." Thank you Ulta Lab Tests!

The best place to get your labs! I currently am a patient with an HRT company and every couple months I get the same panel done, my results are always ready within 5 days max, even if it’s a weekend, I still get my partial results. I’ve had no issues with them, or the Quest location I use in El Paso, TX. I highly recommend this company.
