Customer service was efficient but not warm or welcoming, in my experience. I got the items I came in for and left. That's it. Not a 5 star worthy experience compared to other beauty stoe experiences I've had. Not bad but to exceptional, so 3.

Great clean location, well stocked, the store layout isn’t how I’d do it but I understand having everything mixed together helps distract people and sell more. Some Tester bottles could be more clean. Associates are eager to help, but y’all gotta stop recommending products with glitter to me. I’m just a dude with a beard who wants mineral sunscreen, not a glow up. 🥸

I’m sorry but I don’t need 4/5 different people to ask me if I need help within my first 3 minutes of walking into the store. Maybe if I get a chance to actually look around in peace, would I be able to ask for help if needed???

if you utilize a wheelchair especially a motorized one I would steer clear because navigating throughout the store is extremely difficult trying to make corners (nobody ever accounts for turning radius) with all the things that they have in the aisles Management will just tell you they are what is required by law but I seriously doubt if somebody in a chair or God forbid a baby stroller could get through this whole store without knocking stuff all over the place I'll stick to the department stores thank you very much

I stopped by this store during my birthday trip. I was followed & questioned MOST of the time I was shopping. I knew I wanted to buy a perfume that day and which brand to add to my collection. The entire time I was sampling perfumes three people were just standing near the door. I’ve worked in retail so I know the signs. I had a basket, I didn’t avoid conversation, I had a small bag but yet I was still put on the watch her list. I bought a few things, but would have spent more had I felt like I could shop in peace this store was better stocked than my regular store and had some different brands but

I felt like I was shopping at a dollar store. There was a long line at the checkout counter. I wanted to purchase a bottle of cologne. There were no sales staff around. I finally got the attention of someone behind the counter who told me she'd be with me shortly. When she did wait on me, she was short and in a hurry. She unlocked a case and handed me a bottle of cologne. $110. I, again, waited in line to pay and vowed never to return. I should have gone to Macy's. The price would have been the same, and I would have left feeling as though somebody cared.

Amazing customer service! Have not had the best experience at other Ultas recently tbh. Felt I was treated like a criminal and constantly followed around at a lot of other stores, especially when I’ve not worn makeup (but like… make it make sense…. why would I wear a full face of makeup at Ulta if a lot of the times I want to try out products or might even want to get color matched????). But at this store, everyone was friendly from the moment I walked in. Was instantly greeted with smiles and welcoming energy. Justin was a pleasure to talk to and he was very helpful in finding everything I needed and was able to recommend a few products that I had not even considered before. I usually forget to leave reviews, but this store definitely stood out and deserves recognition. A+ service 😊

Took back a Christmas gift to exchange foundation sgmhade. Bought 4 other items in addition. The clerk charged me for the foundation exchange. I went to my cat, added my purchases 3 times. I was overcharged $40. The price of the foundation. Went back ib, took me 20 miss to show her where on the receipt it merely zeroed out my exchange then charged me in full for the item. Had her add up my 4 purchases to prove what I should have been charged. She was haughty, insolent, rude, kept rolling her eyes, lifting her brows, like was some dumb old woman . FINALLY, with an assistant's aid, she gave me a $40 credit. I asked for the Mgr. SHE WAS THE MGR! Beware of what they charge you at the WalkingvStick, Scottsdale store. I have never had such rude treatment ever at Any other Ulta and I have shopped there for yrs!!

Used to feel welcome when walking in one.
Zero assist available unless sought out. Not even acknowledged when walking in.
Found what I needed, next time 100% Amazoning.
Spent more than needed, so they win there too. 🤷🏼♀️
