This store just is not it for customer service. Glamnetics has a free gift with purchase and the girl has no idea and goes to look at product samples and comes back and says oh no and I say it’s a shell bag and she go yes no it’s so sad we don’t get any of that. She did not even look at the entire cabinet full of bags that I could clearly see. I just feel really disappointed by this store experience and k rarely come to ulta so I’ll keep to the rarely and just stick to online ordering

I normally shop here as my go to beauty supplier. I spend lots and lots here. The last couple of times I’ve been pretty disappointed. Pushy sales associates the first time trying to sell me things I didn’t need or want. Today I went in, and although the young girl was nice, she didn’t let me smell the $195 perfume I wanted, even though they had travel sizes available. How am I supposed to know what I’m getting if I can’t smell it? Doesn’t make sense to me.
I’ll be shopping at Sephora from here on out.

Sam has a super nasty attitude. I felt super discriminated and I wasn’t acknowledged when I was at the register. I had a simple inquiry about my points and she rolled her eyes in front of me. Not only this, but she unethically lied to me. As a recently former Ulta employee, I find it appalling for someone to have this attitude with guests. Your interactions make or break someone’s day and we are trained to properly approach interactions. Make better choices next time.

This store’s attitude and professionalism is really hit or miss. Today, I witnessed a frustrated customer’s constructive criticism fall on deaf ears by the employee and manager, Tricia. The employee told the customer “I hope you have the day you deserve” and thought it was a subjective statement, which is not how subjective statements work. Instead of showing compassion and empathy, they showed a lack of care and kindness to the customer. I am speaking up because I too have faced this same type of situation at this exact location. I suggest teaching staff, including managers on how to deal with difficult customers while utilizing grace. It isn’t rocket science. Shoutout to Neveah, who while acted as a bystander, still showed more professionalism than her manager and colleague.

Ulta is listed as a location for Happy Returns but they refused acceptance of my items because their TINY bin was full. It is approx 2x2, so this is going to be an ongoing problem during the holiday season. They wouldn’t have been able to take a single pair of the boots I was returning, much less all seven pair. My main reason to come here vs the other locations on the approved list is because I’m an Ulta customer and they offer a coupon to incentivize you to use their location. The massive inconvenience of driving here, hauling in seven big boot boxes, and then having to haul them back out does not reflect well on the store and shows that the Happy Returns process is anything but “HAPPY”.
