Truly exceptional service in every way. I have been going here for over 12 years, and multiple vehicles. Their customer service is unmatched. They expertly diagnose the problem, fix it quickly (and correctly) and get you back on the road in no time. I love that I know I can trust whatever they tell me about my repair needs and will never try to sell me something I don't need. They have not only earned my business, but also my friendship.

I've been bringing my 03 M3 here for years. They are always friendly and professional. They do a thorough job of troubleshooting and communicate right away what needs to be done. The work is always top notch. This is the best place to bring an old BMW. They never turn me away for any work and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

The owners here seem to be nice, honest people, (which can be hard to find), but they are choosy about the cars they work on. My 2007 BMW 328 has a few different issues, as is to be expected for a 16-year old vehicle with 170,000 on it. After a diagnostic visit, we discussed a major issue with the power steering system that I agreed to fix, but after putting me off twice saying they were "too busy" they essentially told me they don't want to work on the car.In 30 years of owning cars, I've never had a mechanic refuse to do the work. Frustrating and disappointing, to say the least. Plenty of other places in Phoenix will happily do the job.If you've got an older Beemer that needs something more than an easy (and profitable) fix, this isn't the place.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Being a master ASE tech for 26 years and now retired, I would definitely recommend this shop. My wife's X1 needed work, and the price was far and completed on time. I have also referred several of my clients, and all have had great experiences.

I’ve went to drew and ultimate auto works for several years with multiple different BMW’s and they are easily the best in the valley. Top notch quality, always go the extra mile, fair pricing, and drew always takes a second to show some of the vintage BMW’s they have on site. As long as I live in scottsdale, no one else will work on my cars!

I brought my 2011 BMW 335xi in a few weeks ago and from the very first call, I was beyondddd taken care of. First, I was greeted over the phone by the owner, Greg. We spoke about how long he'd been in business and how much the business meant to him and his family. Then, I was pleasantly surprised with the cost of what I needed fixed. The best part was that when I paid, it wasn't even as much as I thought it was going to be. Another excellent part of my experience was working with Greg's wife and son, Drew. Drew was communicative, patient and understanding. When talking to him, I felt like I was talking to a family member! They really took such good care of me and my vehicle. I will ABSOLUTELY be bringing my car back to Ultimate Auto Works, moving forward. If you're on the fence about where to go, don't waste anymore time thinking about it... this is the place! You'll be treated with respect, convenience and kindness.
