I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Ultimate Wheels and Tires in Scottsdale! From start to finish, they did an outstanding job on my new car. The attention to detail is incredible—every step was handled with care, and the end results are absolutely stunning.
What really stood out to me was how accommodating the entire team is. They truly bend over backwards to make sure you’re taken care of, and Keith is involved every step of the way. His dedication and commitment to going above and beyond made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

Ultimate Wheel & Tire managed ordering and installing new 22” Vossen HF-5s for my 2024 Audi Q8 SLine, swapping out my factory wheels. It took just over an hour from drop off to driving away once the wheels arrived from the factory and could not be happier. Knowledgable and capable team. Zero issues. I highly recommend this shop.

I took a set of 3 piece wheels to have tires mounted and balanced on. They did go above and beyond on which I was thankful for because the tires were a little on the worn side for sure and I told them it was ok as long as they didn’t scratch my wheels. No problems there and I was appreciative of that but I should’ve stopped there.
I have spacers on my car. Now I stacked them and yes I shouldn’t have that but I told them about it and shouldn’t have been an issue. I forgot that I had cut my front wheel studs years ago for a certain spacer size and they couldn’t mount my front wheels due to it so they installed the spacers and old wheels back onto the front. Cool no issues with that. When I went to change the wheel studs I noticed they had stripped all the bolts for the spacer and I could not remove it. One side was fine, the other had one that was so bad that I tried to cut the spacer off with no luck and eventually had to take off and replace the entire wheel hub assembly (front rotor and wheel bearing). Tried to get reimbursed just for the wheel mount and balance they charged me for ($250) since the parts and time I spent replacing what I had to after they damaged it equated to much more than that ($200 in parts and 8 hours of my time between attempted removal of stripped spacers and install of new parts). Took my car there because I thought they could handle it. Should’ve had them just install the tires and do the rest myself

I don't trust anybody else other than the team at Ultimate Wheel & Tire. I work as an executive assistant and help maintain my executives' luxury vehicles. I will inform someone at Ultimate Wheels and Tires that my boss needs new tires, and then, BAM, I'm transferred to Hugo, and he's already on it. It feels like the tires are ordered as soon as the call ends. This company is fast and treats every vehicle with care. I would not go anywhere else.

Worked with Hugo to take care of replacing a cracked and welded wheel and rebalancing tires. Incredibly professional, fast and friendly. Grateful to have such a knowledgeable team nearby! Looking forward to coming to them again in the future.
