If you are looking for customer service and follow-up, this is your place. You are always greeted with a smile and treated like a person and not a number. They know your name and remember you when you come in. When you have a question if they are not sure of the answer they get back to you as promised. They are there to help you. If you are looking for banking with customer service this is your place, with consistent employees. You can do almost everything a big bank can do (except Zelle)

DO NOT use Ulyses Jimez, he setup my heloan with a checking account he promised to have no fees, it ended having a $8 fee every month they told me they don’t have a free account for

Never bank with these people!! They charge a $10 monthly service fee on HSA accounts. So if you are healthy you have to pay fees!

Terrible customer service, moved here from K.C., employees here are not as helpful, maybe because they know the owners aren't here. Thinking about moving my accounts to another bank in Arizona. Really sad this bank was always awesome!

I drove out of my way to go to this branch. They were not able to help me. They gave me a phone number to call. When I asked the hours of the call center, they said they were open 24/7. The call center was not open 24/7. I spent hours on hold and still have not resolved my issue. Why do you have a branch if you are not able to resolve customers issues. So frustrating.
