My package was stolen by a worker, and when I confronted the store, the manager/owner said he didn’t have cameras and he wasn’t responsible for anything.

Charged $2.90 to print one sheet of B&w paper. Apparently it counts as a computer charge. Go to staples if you need to print.

Had a prepaid label on our package and still charged my wife $15 to ship the package. Noticed there are similar comments in the reviews… guess they need to pay their drivers somehow after they lost their butts with negotiations after the strike.

The staff is unprofessional. She doesn't use the free shipping label and then charges the customer for shipping!

The employee has two children, one in a pack and play and one way too old to be wandering around with pajamas and a pacifier in the store. Instead of helping customers she spends her time attending to her children. Completely unprofessional and rude. I would never return to this store.
