The employee has two children, one in a pack and play and one way too old to be wandering around with pajamas and a pacifier in the store. Instead of helping customers she spends her time attending to her children. Completely unprofessional and rude. I would never return to this store.

The amazingly nice blonde lady I talked to today is the only reason I would ever consider using UPS again. The 1-800 number and website failed to be of any use. Please come here if only to support her.

Oh My... I can't believe that anyone would ever give Jim and his family/staff a poor review! I have been using this UPS location for the last 5 years and absolutely love everyone there! They greet me by name and have amazing service!

To all the nay sayers, the biggest complaint is they charge money for their services?! Weird. We have been customers for almost a decade. Never have we once had a problem. Just sayin.

I would go out of my way to do business here! They are reliable and stand behind their service. I had a package delivered to the wrong address and Jim reimbursed my $100 insurance himself, UPS declined the insurance claim. Staff is always friendly and welcoming!! And his grandson is so very very cute!!!

This is great location and I have been going there for years. Jim and his team are on the ball. They are always very nice! They know me by name and are very helpful ...whether I am picking up a package, returning a package or buying office supplies. I have been to others in the area and this store is by far the friendliest and fastest for service.

The guy that work at the counter looks like Jack Sparrow it seems like they hired him from the Garbage yard.... since he is rude and have horrible customer service skills. I guess they hire anyone this days.... Not a nice experience.....

I just needed to return some clothing items I bought online. The whole process was fast and easy. Sometimes the attitudes of the workers there aren't always welcome, but they aren't mean. I would consider their attitude neutral. The place is always clean inside.

The worst service provider so far I came across , because even after paying money for express delivery my parcel was received after two weeks of the date I dispatched. Nobody was even bothered to give a specific reason behind the delay.

Stopped into store to drop off some packages and to ship and I was pleasantly shocked at house nice and clean the place was! There was a short line, but moving fast and the manager Jim was very nice and had great customer service. You can tell there is a sense of pride in the work they do. I appreciated the overall process and took note of efficiency.

I walked up to the store on May 4th at approximately 5 pm but did not enter once I saw a customer and an employee not wearing masks inside the very small store. There was a sign on the front window saying "Employees are wearing masks and we request that we do as well." This was not what I witnessed. It's too bad the people at this UPS Store can't do the simplest actions to ensure public safety during this time.

They lost my mail. DO not go to this store, you do not know what happened to your mail. If you have to, avoid Jim, Jim is the worst! Extra charge, lost mail, rude attitude, PRICE GOUGING.I send a mail from their store, the tracking number they give to me can not locate anything. when I go back to their store asking about the mail, they are very rude and said it is not their business. I paid extra with this Jim's "help" and when he fail to put my mail into the system and it got lost, what he said is "your mail is not in the system, I can not help". What a total joke!
