Every time I go in their Veda is very rude. She always has a negative attitude and seems like she doesn’t want to be there. Usually everyone else there is very nice, but you don’t seem to see the others often. I recommend going to a different UPS because there has been to many negative encounters at this one.

I had a very complicated shipping task, trying to buy a shipping label for a package that someone in France needed to send to me in AZ while I was overseas in another country. The UPS web page was useless, but Vijay at this store was extremely helpful and made it happen. The other workers in the store were also pleasant to work with and helpful.

Oh boy, I really rarely give negative reviews but this one’s a Doozy! There are certain people that should not be in customer service. Unfortunately this store has one young lady that should consider something behind a desk somewhere and not communicating with people. I’ve tried a couple of times, Even strapped on a smile every time I walked in nothing helps. I will go to another store from now on! It’s a shame because this one’s so convenient!

Unfriendly staff and they also charge $3 to print a UPS label. Last time I checked the name of the store is UPS.

I’ve been coming to this UPS Store on Thompson Peak Parkway for years, and it’s consistently outstanding. Tonight, I showed up literally minutes before closing, and Brie—who was working—welcomed me with a smile and zero hesitation. She stopped what she was doing to make sure my package got out on time.
Brie is always friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She pays attention to every detail and answers all my questions with care. Whether I’m shipping, notarizing documents, or returning Amazon packages, this location handles it all—and does it right.
This is a full-service UPS Store with top-notch customer service. If you’re unsure where to go, come here. You will not be disappointed. And if you see Brie, tell her I said hello—she’s the best!

Not a very good experience. They make you use their package to upsell, even though I had a superior packaging. You just get the sense that they intend to take advantage of you.

I pulled into a parking spot at 2:59pm and by the time I got to the door, it was 3pm and I was unable to drop off important packages at this location. An employee saw me and would not make an exception.

The people here are the most unfriendly workers I’ve met since living in Scottsdale. They treat you like you are a burden in their day and it’s uncomfortable to come here to ship a package. Highly recommend driving the extra 3-5 minutes to The UPS Store on Northsight for a much more friendly and pleasant experience. Night and day difference between the two stores.

This location has the do it yourself Amazon return desk which makes your visit to the store quick and easy. Usually no line to waiting and no people to talk to. I love it!

Standing in the store !! Just One workers customers coming in .. workers not even acknowledging us ! This is ridiculous!! I will start going back to my old store …if i could give zero’s I would!!

I went in to make an Amazon return. I mentioned the box needed some tape. Before I could finish my sentence her comment to me was “It seems to be the trend!” It wasn’t said in a sure I can do that for you kind of tone. I’m sorry I came to the UPS store, my bad. I’ll take my returns elsewhere in the future.
