I came in to drop off a package today, Sunday, June 4th. The associate of the afore was asleep on chair and it took a few call outs to make her up and get service. Don't know her name but was so disappointed and she was so unprofessional. She didn't acknowledge her delay for lack of service. Very dissatisfied!

Had to ship 8 large boxes and about 12 pieces of framed art across country. Bria was so knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to make sure everything was packaged properly. It was a big job and she managed to get it all done while also taking care of other customers who had quick drop off transaction. I would highly recommend this UPS store for all your shipping needs.

Amazon Returns!!! No need for label or packaging, just bring the QR (black square) code on your phone that Amazon gives you when you file for return, once you select The UPS Store! Free returns and shipping (Amazon). Nice customer service, good hours, location and parking are fantastic, simple and easy access, lines managed well, local feel. PO Boxes available. All pricing information available if you give them a quick call. Also, available on website.

I want to thank Bree for helping me at the UPS store at this location. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and was so kind in replacing the defective tape that I had bought. I will definitely be going back to this location for any other services!

They closed 5+ min early to run an update on the computers. Long drive, was on time, and they were worried about cutting out early cause it was slow.Keep the store open until it's closed. Don't run reports or updates that shut down your store before your closed.

Rude employee at the counter. walked in to return a book to Amazon and she barked at me to come over and scan it. I walked over to her and said "just an Amazon return" and she cut me off and said "yep" in a condescending tone like she already knew what it was and was annoyed that i said anything. She asked if i wanted a receipt i said yes and then she threw the book to the side and also seemed annoyed i wanted a receipt. Get better customer service skills. I've made this my regular UPS Store mainly because of the fact that they are open on Sundays when I am most likely to be running errands. Friendly staff always makes my Amazon returns a breeze and they're also very handy for my notary needs. Very conveniently located just a couple of doors down from Starbucks and next to AJs makes this a one stop shop kind of day!

Service is just okay. I mistakenly let them pack my items as advertised and things arrived broken. On another visit they let me stand around waiting then blankly looked at my packages on the counter wondering what I wanted. Told them they were to ship out and was informed their systems were down for shipping. The reoccurring issue I've had here comes down to lack of detail or care.

Not happy with the majority of the staff here. I spent $15 to send something two hours away and it was routed to California in error and instead of being there the next day like I was told it took 5 days. The young lady who I worked with said it could be opened as a case for a refund but likely was told not to by the rest of the staff who doesn’t seem to care that it took so long. I will not go there again ever.
