Tried to return an Amazon Prime item smaller than the size of a human forearm. The item was still in the box from the manufacturer and sealed. I was told by the crotchety/portly woman behind the counter working the closing shift on 1/14 that i needed the shipping container the item was shipped to me in or buy one from UPS for $8, almost the same price as the item. Ridiculous. Never heard this in my life of returning things to Prime. So I left and called Amazon. Spoke to a supervisor there and brought the UPS employee in on a 3 way call. The Amazon supervisor confirmed i should’ve been able to return the item as is without buying an envelope. The UPS worker was rude and interrupting the entire call. Then proceeded to hang up on us. Moral of the story, don’t leave this UPS store without pushing back if they try to not accept your return without the shipping container the item was delivered to you in. By the time i got back to the store to try returning again they were closed. Went to Whole Foods and made the return with no questions asked. FYI this UPS Store also loses items. Its now been several days since I dropped off a different item there and the item still doesn’t appear trackable so I’ve still not received my refund from Amazon and they tell me I wont ever unless they receive the item back. Losing money and wasting hours of my life dealing with the fallout from this UPS bozo. ?

Been here since 2016 but going to switch. Customer service is in the toilet. Paige was fantastic, and then Cindy was good, but since then it sucks. More issues in last 3-4 months than from 2016-2023. I’ve literally called them 5 times this week asking for a returned call because they said they would forward my mail overnight on Update: The owner called me today and owned this issue without equivocation or blame shifting, and apologized, and this showed me he has integrity. He said he needs to work on staff training. Ironically he said my mail was in my box the whole time.Because of his candor I’m changing my review from 1 to 3 stars.———Monday and it’s Thursday and still no tracking number of receipt of mail. Now they tell me my box is empty, whereas on Monday it has mail. So, evidently, they’ve lost my mail (and an important check) or they shipped it to someone else. I’ve asked several times for a manger to call me back and no one ever does — not even the owner. They should be held liable for this negligence.

Wish I didn't have to give them one star, however, I came to this location for a notary need. No one answered my call so I drove to it as they falsely advertise they do notary. I arrived and the rude person working said "no, everyone is new here and the state is taking 3 months to get new people licensed" so I said, it would be nice to update your site, Google, and Yelp that brings us here for certain services so it doesn't pick up the notary options and save people time. She said "we already did that". It clearly says it provides services and she rudely said "bye" and shush me out of the way. Do you want to be treated like white trash? Then here is your place. Do you want to waste your time with uneducated workers? This is your place. Best, there is a reason why they're all "new". People don't get rid of good help, they're hard to find. Good help doesn't leave good work places! Especially all at once.

I had a ton of paperwork to scan that needed to be organized perfectly. The Operations Supervisor, Paige Kunkel was so “on it”. She effectively and efficiently scanned a document the width or more of “War and Peace” (the novel). I was finished quickly without a page out of place. Thank you Paige and “The UPS Store”! You are appreciated!

I was going to be charged $6 for one piece of printed paper. SIX DOLLARS for one piece of paper. As in a $5 fee to email a document, $1 to print and taxes. Are the employees and staff here that entitled that a convenience fee of $5 must be applied in order to pull and email up and press print? OR is it this location racist? I am sorry that I have to question this but if I have been to countless other UPS stores throughout the US and have only been charged a $1 for emailing and printing one piece of paper. A $5 convenience is asinine. I will share this with the Corporation as well to see if this is a fair business practice. WOW! $5 for pulling and email up?If their prices weren’t bad enough, their customer service is awful! Paige was condescending and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and use PostNet just the block up!

I will have to agree with the recent views. A $5 convenience fee is pretty high. Decided to go to PostNet at Hayden Peak.
