Don't waste your time and money at this UPS store. The whole point of UPS is shipping and being able to trust them vs using USPS. This store is staffed poorly and if you have anything remotely complicated (I waited while one staff member tried for an hour to help the woman in front of me till she finally left to come back when the manager was available) you're out of luck. They managed to loose a framed picture of my father and my niece that I was sending to my niece. I'm crushed. The manager did not apologize just sent me an insurance check for a hundred dollars.
