I love this UPS location. The staff are all amazing and kind. The store is close by our home and the store is clean and up to date! The main reason I LOVE this location is bc of LUANNE! She always greets me with the biggest smile. She is super knowledgeable and I always learn something from her. Today, she informed me how to tell on my Amazon return if I need to package it or not. Every single time-I learn something. Her customer service skills are off the charts. You combine her knowledge of the job and her kind, positive attitude and it’s a Win, Win! I find myself hanging back in line until she can help me. LOVE LUANNE AND THIS AMAZING LOCATION!

Lisa and her staff were very helpful and efficient. Our shipping experience was excellent. We had a very large piece of artwork to ship to our home in the Midwest. Finding a box for it was a challenge, but they got it done.

I have had Lisa pack and ship 10 packages of fragile vintage china and stemware from Scottsdale to San Francisco. Nothing was broken. Lisa is meticulous in packing fragile items with the utmost care. I feel very confident using this UPS store. Very caring staff. Highly recommend.
