I cannot say enough about the UPS STORE LOCATED AT PINNACLE PICK AND PIMA. I WILL LIKE TO CONGRATULATE ONE OF YOU BEST EMPLOYEES. HIS NAME IS ‘ TRAVIS”. He is professional, friendly , cordial and always makes me feel welcome to the store. His great smile is full of honesty ,happy to be working for our needs as a customer. If the store is busy Travis alway makes sure that we are going to be attended in a faster way.
I live in the area of this great location making me feel safe and comfortable going to this store.
I tell all my family and friends that this is the place to go. Thank and I hope he will be recognized by his fantastic work.

Great location…in & out.Needed to drop off some papers that needed shredding.This location shreds by the pound & they were very reasonable.
Parking can be a challenge if you’re looking to park in front of the store otherwise this location is in a pretty busy shopping center.Helps that this store is right next to Starbucks :) I think this is a new location that recently opened up because it was so organized & clean. They offer Amazon returns & even have a machine you can use in case you don’t want to wait in line to get your return pkgs scanned & a return receipt. The machine will print out a return sheet for you.This location is opened Monday-Sunday.First class customer service, friendly, kind & smiling,thank you Travis. Would definitely use this store again for any mailing needs, returns, PO BOX rentals, etc….

The service at THIS UPS Store exceeds any I have ever been to in AZ or CA. They are ALWAYS quick, courteous and efficient. It’s a pleasure to use this store.
Note: this has not been the case in most stores, which are usually fine—but this one is exceptional.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Kids running a store who have absolutely no respect for anyone. The manager was just as bad. Don't bother going there.

Walked in before they were closed and before door was locked but employee already closed their systems so I couldn't send out the one certified letter I needed to send. Instead of apologizing, employee keeps trying to justify why he closed down his system early and before they actually closed. Lock your doors at 6 BEFORE you close down system. Simple customer service. Don't close down your system early just for your convenience when you have open hours that your customers rely on.

I cannot say enough good things about this UPS store. The employees are the best around. They are hard working and extremely helpful. When anyone walks into this store, they are greeted by Liam, Haley or Travis. They are all knowledgeable in every area of service. If someone needs the copy machine or use the fax machine, they are patient and helpful with every transaction. Even when the store is busy, they make sure everyone is greeted properly and taken care of in an efficient and timely manner. Liam, Haley and Travis are really the heart of this store. If anyone is in need of a place to have your mail delivered, or send a package....or copy services etc. This is the place to go.
