Older man with white beard is beyond rude.
I tried to explain that I needed a bit of time to gather the documentation through the web browser instead of the mobile app to print out a concise page instead of multiple screenshots.
He abruptly began speaking over me with a very condescending attitude.
I grabbed my things and walked right out.
I won’t be spending over $120+ here to be treated that way.
You may want to consider replacing this employee if they can’t show common courtesy and are causing your business to lose money.
The other gentleman working there was very kind.
Absolutely unprofessional. Not how you conduct business.

I mailed a birthday card and it never arrived but this is the 2nd time this has happened. I took one there because I wasn’t sure how much it would cost to mail it and sent it and then took four or five more cards that we’re going to the same address and dropped it off in the blue box around the corner. All of the cards made it to the location that were mailed in the blue box, but the one that I shipped at this location never made it

This UPS location has superb customer service every single time I am in here! Today Jacquie was especially helpful with a big mailing project that I messed up and she helped me to fix everything. She was kind and so patient AND was able to help customers who were waiting behind me.

This is for the employee Mario. Everytime I visit this location, Mario is the most friendly and helpful and all around a stellar employee. Recently, I was in and all the self service computers were down, and Mario handled every thing with pure grace and calm. He should get an award and a raise.

Incredibly unhelpful, bad attitude and terrible experience!!
I walked in and asked for a box , the younger gentleman with glasses threw the page of boxes and prices of boxes and said which one ???
How am I supposed to read their list and get the box I need? At this point, I asked if he could figure out what the right size box would be for what I was holding. I showed him that I needed to ship, and he got a bit upset and got out a box that was way too big.
I asked him for a box that would be more suitable for my item. With an attitude, he called his colleague, a gentleman with beard and glasses, who yelled, “What’s going on ???” It should not take more than 2 people to get what a customer wants. He said, “ That’s all we have “ and charged me for the box, packing fee and materials. They told me it was against the law for me to pack the item myself, even if I paid for it so my item would be shipped safely , all I needed is to pack it safely and carefully. They then refunded the shipping and packing fee and pretty much threw me out. I just walked out with only a box , item not shipped. I do a lot of business online I will not be back to this location ever.

This lady was so rude, overcharged me. The kid working was so nice. She did the same to the lady infront of us. Will never do to that location
