We live in Atlanta, but were recently visiting Scottsdale, AZ. We were fortunate to find a beautiful antique stained glass window while we were in Scottsdale, but needed to have it safely transported back to Atlanta. We chose this location to do the job for us, and the entire team, especially Ayana & Kelly, went above and beyond for us. If you need to have something shipped, especially something that requires extra attention and TLC, this is the store to use!

I’m writing this review since it seems my first review on yelp vanished.
Dear, Ayana Field I wish I could reply to your response but it would not allow me to. I'm stunned honestly. If you had actually seen the footage you wouldn't be saying this. With all due respect like I said employee did not greet or ask us how he could help. This is so sad honestly I'm not sure if your response is AI generated or real but you should be ashamed. I don't want anything out of this just to be heard and make it known we were racially profiled and mistreated. Employees should be held accountable for their actions. The passport was issued here in the United States Phoenix to be specific, it's just foreign because I have a different nationality, regardless your employee did not bother to take a look at it. I called other ups stores nearby and they do in fact take any valid form of identification as long as it's not expired which my valid passport meets all the requirements but you or your employee wouldn't know since employee failed to meet standard verification as his job position requires him to do so. I asked your employee "do all ups stores have this rule" and he stated: well for me I do ( wearing a ups uniform, representing ups) is that what you train employees for? Is this acceptable everywhere?
Also, very unprofessional employee was actively using his phone.

The woman named Ayana who helped me was super nice and she personally packed up two large boxes of original art for me and everything arrived in perfect condition and was so well packed. She was great!
I always get so worried about shipping original art...

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing the services at the UPS Store, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional assistance provided by Ayana Field.
Ayana went above and beyond to ensure that my package was handled with the utmost care and attention to detail. Her dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction we had. Not only did she assist me with the packaging process, but she also took the time to help me figure out how to complete the process needed in order to complete my Amazon return.
What struck me the most about Ayana was her genuine kindness and willingness to go the extra mile to support me. She exemplified what exceptional customer service should be, and her efforts did not go unnoticed.

Ayana was amazing!She was able to not only listen and address my concerns, but also assisted in resolving mailing issues with my bank.It's refreshing to speak with professionals who are not afraid to be themselves, while providing excellent customer service along with a great sense of humor ? Also, an excellent team player in referring her peer Pace as a go to expert just in case she was not available.Kudos to Ayana! ??
