Came here for physical finger printing with ink! $35, no appointments, come before 4pm. Make sure you only fill out appropriate acronyms on finger print card, see photo. They do not offer passport photos.

Came to this location to ship something back to Amazon. I was waited on right away and received amazing customer service with a largesmile! Very reliable and prompt service are keys for me and always draw 5 stars from me. I recommend this location for your shipping/packaging needs!

I have yet to have a bad experience at this store. I don't know why I expect it, but I never experience it. I've seen it really busy, and really slow. With every visit, I'm greeted and serviced efficiently. Knock on wood. Keep up the good work (at least for me :)

Steven rudest associate. I go into this store always and have never been requested to turn off dark mode. I asked him to try it before i switch settings he said No. Ridiculous i wasnt asking for a trip.to the moon.

I pop by this UPS Store at least once a month to mail some various trinket across the country to my sister or to return an Amazon item. Without fail, Franklin and the team are always pleasant and willing to go the extra mile without even being asked. They are always quick to explain how I can save money or how to get the package to its destination as quickly as possible. I never have to wait long, if at all, when I stop by here and parking is a breeze. Don't sleep on this UPS Store location!

What can I say...read others' reviews. My next visit was to the UPS store on Hayden and Indian Bend, much better. Also have been to one on Shea and 101. They're nice in there too.

I went to the UPS store this morning with a preprinted label in my email that I needed to have printed and sent with a package that I had not prepared yet as I didn't have the materials needed to pack a box. Mallory was the lady that waited on me. She was professional, kind, and very efficient! She took care of what I wanted by going above and beyond! I would recommend going to this facility as she has the BEST customer service I have seen in a very long time!! I will be back! Thank you Mallory! :)

Store hours were not accurate on UPS site. The owner has replied and I am editing here since I can't seem to reply to their reply. Easter Sunday is not a widely recognized holiday. Store hours for Sunday are posted as being open. I checked the store website on the UPS site and it was NOT accurate. I drove over to a closed store for absolutely no reason.The attendant who helped me when the store was open double charged me for supplies and services I didn’t receive after prolonging a conversation with a previous customer while that line sat extended out the door. Terrible service. Do not recommend. Go to the UPS store down by Osborn and Hayden. Skip this one altogether.
