  Had a deadline for documents. Used the notary and shipping services with a guarantee of arrival by a specific date. Documents were not shipped in a timely manner and now they will not make the deadline. This mistake has cost me a lot of money.

  Just moved in this end of town and boy am I grateful I found a friendly, helpful, efficient UPS store! Lack of customer service seems to be the norm around here lately, but new life was breathed into me by the friendliness of the folks here…thank you! They know what it’s all about.

  Forcing customers to buy unnecessary boxes. They won’t accept Amazon packages in the original bags that meets instructions provided by Amazon. Shame on you. This shouldn’t be an Amazon drop off location.

  This is by far the most well-managed UPS store within a 10 mile radius. I drive out of my way because of the consistently helpful, courteous & knowledgeable staff who work here at this location. Pleasant, professional service is front & center at this location. ?

  THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF AT EVERY CHANCE THEY GET. They charge for unnecessary labels and printing off things that any other UPS location would not charge for. I have never in my life had to go through being charged for the printing off of a label. I have gone back multiple times in hopes that this was just a random instance, but it is ongoing and their standard practice. Stay away from this location and go to any other UPS store, unless you want to be ripped off.

  Amazing service and care. I wish I could recall the name of the young lady who helped us. I’d just attended a funeral and rushed to get to their store before it closed. We had her shop several family keepsakes, including a fragile porcelain angel. When I received the box, I was delighted to see how carefully the angel was bubble wrapped and nestled among the other items. She also saved me money by shipping books separately through the post office at the media rate. Thank you.

  Mary Milan. This lady has been so helpful , kind and professional. She asks questions on what I need, and makes suggestions on how she can help me further. ExampleI needed a label printed to take a package to uspsAs I was checking out, she said “ do you have a box you need to take to usps? I said “yes”She said “we do drop offs, we just can’t give you a recipe, would you like to do that? Then also said”leave it and I’ll take care of the rest”Every time I’ve come here, she’s been super helpful and has saved me time.Take care of your people ! It’s hard to find good employees these days
